As Envi and Freya stepped out of the engagent ceremony hall, I let out a long sigh, relieved that Freya’s problem was finally resolved. Though things got a little chaotic, at least Envi didn’t make the situation worse. I decided to let him keep control of my body for the rest of the day while I rested in the system realm, recovering my ntal strength after exhausting myself in the battle against Vaelgorath.
Envi ran outside, holding Freya’s hand, both of them laughing freely, overflowing with happiness. They soon approached Lyra, who had been waiting outside. The mont Freya saw her, she rushed forward and embraced Lyra tightly, as if they were long-lost friends reuniting after years apart.

"Lyra!"
They hugged each other, crying tears of joy. Freya quickly recounted what had happened inside, how Envi had saved her and canceled the engagent with Cain.
Lyra laughed as she listened to how Envi had swooped in dramatically, saving Freya and even earning Cain’s recognition.
"Thank goodness, Freya. We can still be together. I’m so happy!" Lyra said, squeezing Freya’s hands tightly.
" too, Lyra. I’m so glad to be with you all again, with our friends..." Freya smiled warmly as she squeezed Lyra’s hands back. They embraced once more—until an unexpected interruption occurred.
Envi suddenly slipped between them and wrapped his arms around both of them in a tight hug.
"Kyaa!" Lyra squeaked, startled, her face turning red.
"Naoki-dono?!" Freya gasped, equally surprised by Envi’s sudden move.
With a cheeky grin, Envi nonchalantly said, "Ahh, it’s truly wonderful to have such harmonious wi—I an, friends like you two... I’m really grateful we could reunite, Freya... Lyra..."
Inside my mind, I imdiately scolded him. "Did you just say ’wives’?! You damn system, stop saying weird things with my body! You’re making look like a fool!" But Envi only laughed and made a teasing gesture at . He knew I was too weak to take control back just yet.
Envi tightened his embrace, pulling Lyra and Freya even closer. Their faces turned even redder, and for so reason, I could actually feel their heartbeats quicken. Probably because their bodies were pressed against mine...
At that mont, a loud voice suddenly shouted from behind, accompanied by the sound of soone charging at full speed.
"You idiot, Naoki-baka! You just ca back after disappearing for a whole week, and instead of seeing your own little sister first, you’re busy flirting with your girls?! Do you have any idea how worried I was?!"
It was Milly. And she was furious. She leaped into the air and executed a powerful scythe kick aid straight at Envi’s head.

Envi was caught off guard and sent crashing to the ground. I could already see a lump forming on his head. Milly wasted no ti pulling him up and smacking him repeatedly, forcing him to co to his senses.
"Milly?! How dare you kick your own brother!" Envi growled, ruffling Milly’s hair in retaliation.
"Shut up! You stupid flirty big brother! How dare you ignore !" Milly shouted, her voice trembling as if she was on the verge of tears.
Envi let out a sigh and pulled Milly into a hug. "Alright, alright... I’m sorry, Milly. I was planning to see you right after this... Don’t be mad at ."
Milly cried loudly into his chest, weakly hitting him with her fists. "You idiot! I thought you were dead! HWAAA!" She sobbed uncontrollably, making Envi flustered.
Lyra and Freya, who had initially been startled by the sudden chaos, soon burst into laughter at the heartwarming scene between the siblings. Watching them, I thought to myself that Envi was doing a good job as an older brother. At the very least, he was handling this better than I would have.
After a while, my other friends started arriving. I saw Alia, Marius, Julius, Luna, Termina, Erin, and Hendrik.
Among them, Alia exuded a dominating aura. Envi, who was still controlling my body, looked uneasy. I could feel that he wanted to return control to , but I refused.
"Hah! Serves you right, you damn Envi! Prepare yourself for Alia’s terrifying wrath!" I mocked Envi in my thoughts.
As Alia approached, she radiated a murderous aura, as if she was about to snap Envi’s neck. She finally stopped right in front of him.
"Yo, Naoki. I’m glad you made it back safely. I was really worried about you. But it seems that worry was pointless, seeing how energetic you still are... and even hugging two girls in front of ," Alia said, clearly holding back her emotions.
"Hikh! Forgive , Alia! I-I wasn’t doing anything! Just trying to warm myself up, hahaha..." Envi put on a goofy expression, acting like a clumsy ani character. It irritated to no end—I felt like I was going to die of embarrassnt.
Without hesitation, Alia clenched her fist and punched Envi hard in the stomach.
BAM!
"Ugh..." Envi gasped, bending over in shock.
But to my surprise, Alia imdiately pulled him into a gentle embrace. Her expression, which had been like that of a yandere monts ago, slowly softened into sadness, and tears welled up in her eyes.
"I’m so glad you’re okay... I don’t know what I would’ve done if you had disappeared forever..." Alia hugged Envi tightly, sobbing lightly.
Envi returned the hug and said, "I’m sorry for making you worry, Alia. But it’s all okay now."
Hearing that, Alia cald down and finally smiled.
Marius, Julius, Termina, Luna, Erin, and Hendrik, who had been watching, looked awkwardly flustered. I knew it! That shaless Envi! I cried internally in frustration.
Marius and Julius suddenly walked up to Envi with their arms wide open.
"Heeey, Naoki! I missed you too! Didn’t you miss your roommate? The room felt empty without you," Marius joked.
"I missed you as well, Naoki, my heroic friend. Your comrade-in-arms couldn’t survive without you, oh Naoki!" Julius, who was usually serious, had caught Marius’s playful energy and joined in.
"HIKKH! Stay away! I don’t like being hugged by guys! I only accept hugs from girls! Shoo! Shoo!" Envi looked terrified and tried to escape, but Marius and Julius quickly caught him and wrapped him in a tight hug, making him scream in resignation.
Everyone burst into laughter at their antics.
Eventually, Envi managed to break free, panting heavily. Lyra imdiately chanted a [Heal] spell, soothing the injuries on his body.
"Hehe, I almost forgot, Naoki-sama. Even though you look fine, your body is still wounded. Let heal you," Lyra said gracefully.
"Thank you, Lyra..." Envi expressed his gratitude, only now realizing that Naoki’s body had been pushed to its limit.
"Alright, everyone. I’m really happy to see you all again... but I have an important promise with Freya after this. How about we et again in the evening, before sunset? I want to say my final farewell to Kael, Professor Alden, and our other fallen comrades." Envi spoke with a deep expression. I agreed with his decision—I also wanted to pay my respects at their graves.
"Eh? Naoki-dono... what promise...?" Freya looked confused, her face turning red.
Then it hit —wait, what promise did he make with Freya?!

Inside my mind, I scread at Envi, "You just made up this quest yourself so you could go on a date with Freya?! HEY, YOU DAMN SLY SYSTEM!" I grumbled, cursing Envi, but he only laughed at my complaints.
Hearing Envi’s words, all my friends agreed with the plan. Except for Alia and Lyra, who suddenly approached Envi and whispered to him.
"Naoki... I know you just want to spoil Freya. You’re such a flirt... but I’ll allow it. Just make sure to go on a date with next ti," Alia said shyly.
"Naoki-sama, I’m happy you’re finally recognizing Freya’s feelings. Please take good care of her. Aah, and I’d also like to go on another date with you, hehe. I hope we can have so ti alone again in the future," Lyra said with a cheerful smile.
"Alright, I understand... I’ll go on a date with you both next ti," Envi whispered smoothly to Alia and Lyra, making them happy.
Inside my mind, I was already broken. That damn system, Envi, was building a harem using my body. I CAN’T EVEN HANDLE ONE WOMAN! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE A HAREM SITUATION?! I ranted furiously in my thoughts.
I no longer had the energy to scold Envi. I just gave up. I’d find a way to fix this ss later.
After that, Envi and Freya separated from the group and went off sowhere. He rode the horse I had used to get here.
As he rode, Freya held onto him tightly from behind.
"Freya... is there anywhere you’d like to go?" Envi asked.
Freya then pointed the way, and Envi followed. When they arrived, it turned out to be the training ground—the place where Freya usually practiced her swordsmanship.
Envi looked confused. I was also confused—who goes on a date at a swordsmanship training ground?
"Seriously, Freya, you’re too diligent when it cos to training. But that’s what I like about you," Envi said as he lifted Freya off the horse. Freya’s face turned red with embarrassnt after hearing that.
"Hehehe, I want to show you sothing, Naoki-dono." Freya prepared herself, drawing her sword, [Ignis], and releasing a powerful battle aura. Both Envi and I could feel how much stronger she had beco.
"Naoki-dono, fight ! I’ll prove that I deserve to stand by your side!" Freya declared, smiling confidently.
Envi grinned and laughed freely. "HAHAHA! You really are a unique woman, Freya. Your fighting spirit is truly srizing. Alright, I’ll be your sparring partner!"
Envi then summoned his katana, [Kagegiri], from the [Grimoire of the Darkness], which materialized from a magic circle.
He pointed the tip of his katana at Freya. I imdiately warned Envi not to injure her, or I’d forcefully take back control.
"I know, you idiot Naoki! I would never hurt my woman!" Envi retorted in his thoughts.
Finally, as a tree branch fell, Freya charged forward, swinging her sword at Envi. He blocked her strike.
This was the strangest date I had ever seen—but sohow, it was also quite fascinating. Freya and Envi seed to be enjoying themselves completely. I could only watch over them with a faint smile.
