The cave was dimly lit and Lexus was seating on the bed while closing his eyes, he was concentrating on cultivation but to his surprise the Cultivation speed was rapid in this cave and his concentration was not needed at all.
The Passive cultivation is wayore fast here than outside, Lexus smiled and pulled out his silver sword to practice. The outside world was dangerous, and if he could beco powerful just by safely staying here, that was perfect.
He practiced his movents according to the Law of the Sword in his mind; although his movents were smooth, he felt like there was sothing missing.
The sword flowed in his hand like a smooth river; the silver sword left silvery light wherever it passed by, but Lexus felt there was sothing else to be learned here.
As he was contemplating this, the dragon's breathing rhythm changed.
Lexus looked at the narrow path that leads to the dragon; after seeing nothing unusual, Lexus relaxed.
If the dragon wakes up and wreaks havoc, he can't contain the dragon here with his power level.
After practicing with his sword for 4 hours straight, he finally sat down because his stomach was growling with hunger.
Lexus always believed in a motto from his previous life, 'Train Hard, Fight Easy.' This motto never let him down till now.

The door of the cave opened, and Lexus saw a familiar figure walking inside with a container.
" I hope I didn't disturb you " Isabella entered with a slight smile on her face, in her hand a heavy looking container which she was carrying with ease.
" No, No I was just taking so rest, Actually I am hungry so your timing is perfect " Lexus smiled and gestured Isabella to co near and sit beside him.
Isabella, nodding her head, sat down and opened the container and gave Lexus a huge jug of water first; then she opened the rest of the container, which consists of many dishes.
"Sorry, I brought two portions, one for as well. Father is not ho, so I thought we would eat together" Isabella said with a light smile on her face.
"Alright, no problem. So how is studying going?" Lexus asked, as being powerful was the first thing on his checklist, joining Ancient Court was second.
"It's going well. You seem interested in the Ancient Court as well. With your talent, maybe you could also join. Should I bring so books for you next ti?" Isabella asked; she was actually eating and giving her ats to Lexus as well sotis.
Lexus didn't mind more protein, and he was ignoring this because he was more interested in the books of the Ancient Court.
"Is this book directly from Ancient Court?" Lexus asked, while chewing his food.
"Yes, all of them are from Ancient Court. You need to prove your talent first to get them by the age of fifteen. I was returning from the south after proving my talent and taking the books with ," Isabella said. She was more focused on Lex's plate.
"Ah! Sorry about that. I really didn't harm that old man, and he got mashed with horses. I feel so bad for him," Lexus said without any remorse in his tone.
"Yeah, I know. Don't worry about him. He'll be fine dead. He still haunts in my sleep. His cold corpse was hanging on the back of the carriage all night," Isabella said. Her tone was a little shaky with fear.
"Alright, you can give those books when you don't need them. When is the exam?" Lexus asked with a little vague tone, about the entrance exam or whatever he didn't know.
"Exam? You an the assessnt? Well, it's happening every year, but no one passes. Isabella smiled and said she was also struggling with the first book as of now.
"Is it that hard, aye?" Lexus raised an eyebrow with intrigue.
"Yes, more than hard. In the last decade, from this whole world, no one has passed, so I'll be taking my ti to study and at least get into the Lawyer Academy," Isabella said while taking back the plates and cleaning the area up.
"Lawyer?" Lexus asked; he was getting confused about the whole court thing.
"Yes, lawyer, those who take on cases and defend people in front of judges. So if you're lacking in talent, you can be a lawyer. I am aiming for that. I don't think I can beco a judge, which is godlike. If I get selected for the Lawyer program, I will have to do one year of mandatory academy study, and then I'll beco a full-fledged lawyer," Isabella said with a determination in her eyes.
"Oh! Lawyers are valuable as well? " Lexus asked while leaning back and relaxing.
"Yes, more valued than an emperor. Do you know this planet has around 35 emperors and only 12 lawyers? So lawyer is a very respectful job." Isabella said she stood up to leave; talking about being a lawyer made her motivated to go and study more.
"Alright, See you tomorrow. Bring a book you are not studying, next ti," Lexus smiled and waved his hand towards the departing Isabella.
After Isabella left, the cave was empty again, but Lexus felt relaxed and comfortable; the bed was soft, and there was a personal bathroom as well.
"Alright, ti to sleep." Lexus slept peacefully; he doesn't have cluster phobia, so a cave or not, sleep is a must.
The next day, before sunrise, Lexus woke up and practiced with his sword; he was trying many things, and the last day, the dragon gave him inspiration to change rhythm in his swordplay.
Isabella brought breakfast and a huge book with her; she didn't stay because she has so work to do.
"Divine Law II"
That's the book she gave Lexus. She was in an awful rush for so reason.
"Guess she's reading part 1." Lexus shrugged his shoulders, and after eating breakfast and practicing more with a sword, he sat down to study.
Isabella was considerate enough to give him a lamp made with who knows what material, but it lights up.
Lexus, opening the first page of the book, was shocked.
