I consider what this ans.

From my knowledge of Naruto Ani lore, Orochimaru created the Cursed Seals using enzys extracted from Jugo, the man with a Natural Energy Transformation Kekkei Genkai. That is, a bloodline transformation activated by Senjutsu (‘Sage Techniques,’ or so-called natural energy).

However, Orochimaru tweaked the recipe to so extent for each of the Seals: Heaven, Earth, and so on for those belonging to the Sound Four. The full Jugo bloodline wouldn’t be in any of the Seal victim’s bodies, but there would be Fragnts of it in each. Except, Orochimaru fundantally Altered Jugo’s bloodline when he created the Seals to make the effect of each be unique.

Hence, Altered Natural Energy Transformation Template Fragnt.

The Curse’s influence transforms the host’s body… down to the very balls and sen, I suppose. While not visible until the second stage (when they assu their demonic appearance), clearly the changes have already begun in Sasuke on a cellular level.

Obviously, I can’t copy the full Heaven Seal from Sasuke’s sen. I wouldn’t want to, anyway. The Seals are connected to Orochimaru and can even be used to revive him after death. I ain’t touching that!

Nor can I do anything useful with a single salvaged Fragnt. However, maybe I can reverse engineer sothing by collecting more. I can’t expect anything as strong as full Sage mode or sothing as potent as Jugo’s original Kekkei Genkai… but…

Interesting.

This changes my plans a bit.
