Denkomaru clashed against the arm with a bang, sparking like tal on tal.
My strike only left a faint white mark on that arm.
My eyes widened—I kicked forward at King Demaon's arm, using the recoil to leap back.
Then I teleported, vanishing into the air.
Imdiately, massive demon flas erupted around where King Demaon had been.
He'd tried to burn alive, but I'd dodged.

My heart raced—I hadn't expected King Demaon's magic to be so strong, and his body even tougher. Was he dual-cultivating magic and martial arts?
