Shido looked at Origami in confusion, tilting his head slightly. "Did you just call ?" he asked, his voice filled with curiosity.

"Yes" Origami replied bluntly, her tone as straightforward as ever.

"And... how do you know my na?" he pressed further, his eyebrows furrowing slightly.

Origami stared at him, her expression unreadable, and replied in a flat tone, "You don't rember?" She left the words hanging in the air.

The two locked eyes for a mont. Shido found himself unsure how to respond.

The weight of her gaze made him feel oddly exposed, yet no further explanation ca from her. Without another word, Origami quietly sat back down in her seat.

The silence stretched awkwardly before Shido let out a chuckle to mask his unease, scratching the back of his head. 'She's kind of difficult to talk to' he thought inwardly.

Shido's mind drifted for a mont as he idly observed Origami.

'I guess I can use Scan... just to see her stats... nothing more.' he mused.

He focused on her, the familiar soft glow of Scan filling his vision. The panel appeared, offering detailed information about her.

Shido's eyes widened as he processed the information in front of him.

He couldn't believe that this skill was so perverted that it even displayed her 3 size. Still, he couldn't help but gulp as his thoughts montarily wandered.

His gaze lingered slightly longer than intended, focusing on Origami's face and body, particularly the way her school uniform fit her figure.

He couldn't help but notice her curvaceous yet slender silhouette, highlighted by the uniform.

A flicker of interest crossed his face, but he quickly averted his gaze, shaking his head to dispel the thoughts.

Despite his experience with won in his previous life, a strange sensation still washed over him.

Still, sothing about the intense way she presented herself made him feel montarily off guard.

"W-Whoa..." Shido muttered under his breath. He knew Origami was a skilled individual, but seeing her stats in black and white like this only reinforced how formidable she truly was.

'My stats can't even be compared to her' Shido sighed thinking how can this girl be so strong.

Breaking the silence, Tonomachi leaned closer, eager to dig into the quiet atmosphere. "Wait, she knows you, Itsuka? Seriously?" he asked, his voice practically vibrating with curiosity.

Shido was about to respond when the door to the classroom opened with a sharp squeak.

The awkward mont passed, as their conversation shifted toward another topic, but the weight of his newfound knowledge about Origami stayed with Shido.

He didn't wait for Shido to answer before diving into his own monologue. "That's Tobiichi Origami, top of the class in grades, ace in sports, and, well, let's not forget she's basically the goddess of our school! She's even ranked on the Girls I'd Want for a Girlfriend rankings, you know!"

Shido listened to Tonomachi's exaggerated excitent with a faint smile, nodding occasionally while casting a quick glance back at Origami.

Her attention was no longer on him but on the book she got from her desk, but her earlier intensity lingered in his mind like an itch he couldn't quite scratch.

Before Shido could dwell on it further, the sound of the school bell echoed through the room. The students settled into their seats waiting for their teacher's arrival.

The door slid open, and a lively presence entered the room. Tonomachi leapt to his feet with a dramatic flair, pointing as he exclaid, "Ah! It's Tama-chan!"

Shido cringed slightly at the loud reaction while the rest of the students chuckled.

The teacher was a cute looking woman, dressed in a pink-sleeved blouse and a BlanchedAlmond colored skirt.

She greeted them cheerfully, "Good morning, everyone!" with a warm smile. "I'm Tamae Okamine, and I'll be your horoom teacher this year."

The class erupted in applause, her bubbly deanor and approachable appearance making her instantly likable.

Despite her cute appearance, she was actually already 29 years old, just a year before she hit her 30s, and according to the ani, she was desperate to find a husband.

Shido clapped along with the rest of the students, though his movents were slightly awkward due to feeling Origami's intense, unblinking gaze fixed on him.

Flashing her an awkward smile, he hoped it would deter her stares, but she showed no signs of stopping.

Ti passed, and soon, it was lunchti. Shido packed his things, preparing to leave and et Kotori as planned.

Tonomachi, the ever social one, leaned over and invited him to eat lunch together. "Itsuka, let's eat together!" he urged enthusiastically.

Shido glanced at him and smiled. "Sorry, but I've got plans with Kotori," he replied, finishing up his packing.

Tonomachi waved it off with a grin. "Ah, I get it. You're a busy man, huh? But just so you know, my research tells there's no girl who'll invite you to lunch!" He leaned back in his chair, looking remarkably self-assured.

Shido chuckled, shaking his head at Tonomachi's antics. His mind then drifted back to his earlier thoughts about Origami, but they were quickly cut short by a shrill, urgent sound.

The city's disaster alarm. A recorded announcent played over the speakers, clear yet chilling, "A spatial quake has been detected. Citizens are urged to evacuate to the nearest shelters imdiately."

The classroom fell into stunned silence. Students froze as they processed the words.

The air was thick with tension, but soon the room sprang into action. Everyone moved swiftly, grabbing their belongings and lining up to evacuate.

Origami, on the other hand, was already out of her seat and heading for the door in haste. Her exit didn't escape Shido's notice.

He narrowed his eyes, watching her determined stride as she disappeared down the hall. 'She's heading to the battlefield already, isn't she?' he thought, his mind conflicted.

His fingers clenched around the strap of his bag, hesitating for a mont.

anwhile, in a dark room illuminated only by a shifting holographic display, distant voices echoed, speaking in foreign language:

"Contriella aura avu yutorim skalv."

"Intensitetto folto shigelsa tori conma fein."

"Monsto matchinihi Princess."

The hologram flickered, matrices shifting and pulsing as if coming to life. A final voice, deeper and brimming with excitent, chuckled. "She's here."

Back in the classroom, the announcent replayed as the evacuation progressed.

Shido followed his classmates out of the room, joining the flow of students heading toward the nearest shelter. Tonomachi kept pace beside him, muttering nervously.

"This is crazy, Itsuka" Tonomachi said, sweat beading on his forehead. "Do you think it's the sa as last ti? I heard the last quake leveled an entire district."

Shido gave him a vague hum of acknowledgnt, but his thoughts were elsewhere.

Just as the group funneled through the hallway, he slipped away unnoticed, his movents deliberate and quiet.

When his classmates reached the shelter, they filed in with chanical precision.

Their teacher, however, was anything but calm. Tamae scampered around the group like a mother hen, issuing frantic instructions.

anwhile, their teacher, Tamae, was already panicking as she instructed her students. "Don't run! Stay orderly! Make sure no one's left behind!" she exclaid, her voice growing increasingly frantic.

Tonomachi watched her with a speechless expression, then sighed. "Sensei, you really need to calm down," he muttered.

As he glanced around the group, his expression suddenly shifted. A slight sense of unease washed over him, "W-Wait... where's Itsuka?" His voice dropped low, but the shock was evident.

Tamae overheard him, and her face turned pale. She look around and nearly fainting on the spot when she didn't see Shido, she gripped Tonomachi by the shoulders, shaking him slightly. "What do you an he's not here?!" she shouted, her panicked tone rising further.

anwhile, outside the shelter, Shido walked through the empty streets of the city.

The desolation was surreal, the distant hum of the alarm creating an eerie soundtrack to the abandoned urban landscape.

Dust swirled in the air, and the faint tremors beneath his feet signaled the approaching disaster.

The spatial quake's arrival was near, and Shido that this was only the beginning.
