Shido slowly descended from the sky as the massive golden pillar of light finally dissipated. He moved straight toward Shalltear, who lay sprawled on the ground, with her armor battered and broken in several places, exposing patches of her pale skin.
Having taken the full brunt of Shido’s Fairy Law, Shalltear had fallen unconscious as the sheer power of the attack overwheld her completely.
The battle was over. All that remained was for Shido to seal her within the Ultra Ball, where she could be healed and released from her brainwashing.
When Shido finally descended before Shalltear, a pang of guilt tugged at him. She had endured countless attacks from him, her body bruised into its current state. It pained him to see her like this, but it was necessary. He had to wear her down, drain her HP, and weaken her enough to capture her.
Still, recalling Shalltear’s personality, he couldn’t help but think she probably wouldn’t mind too much once her mories returned. After all, she was a complete masochist.
Reaching into his inventory, Shido retrieved an Ultra Ball. He held it in his hand for a mont, studying it closely, this was the first ti he had ever materialized one.
The ball’s design was simple yet notable, it was half black, half white, with a bold yellow ’H’ marked across the black half. From what Shido knew, it wasn’t guaranteed to succeed, but the Ultra Ball was still among the highest-performing capture pokeball in the Pokémon world.
After taking a good look at it, Shido finally decided to use it on Shalltear, lest another irregularity happened.
Shido threw the ball towards Shalltear. It struck her body before bursting open in a brilliant flash of light imdiately pulling her figure inside.
The Ultra Ball dropped to the ground, rocking side to side under Shido’s watchful gaze. His chest tightened, Shalltear’s strength was overwhelming, and even in her unconscious state, capturing her might not be so simple.
Then, a sharp click echoed from the ball, sooner than he expected. The capture had succeeded.
Shido beca elated seeing the result and quickly walk towards the ball and pick it up.

[Quest 6 Completed: Subdue 1 Floor Guardian of Nazarick]
A familiar chi echoed in Shido’s head the mont Shalltear was captured, confirming the completion of his quest. His smile widened at the thought, now, all that remained was to conquer the Re-Estize Kingdom, and every quest would be complete.
However, for now, his attention was drawn towards the ’Ultra Ball’, so he decided to check his rewards later. He was curious at what was happening inside it and wanted to see what was going on but he didn’t know if it was possible.
With that question in mind, Shido turned to the almighty system for answers.
"System, is it possible to see what’s happening inside the Ultra Ball?"
[Absolutely.]
"Really? Then show how."
His excitent flared as he pressed for details. The system patiently laid out the thod step by step, and Shido couldn’t help but nod along. To his surprise, the process was absurdly simple.
With the system’s guidance, Shido was finally able to peer into the Ultra Ball. What appeared before his eyes was a vast chamber, far larger than he expected. At its center rested a grand bed, and upon it lay Shalltear, clad in a pure white sleeping gown.
She appeared peaceful, her chest rising and falling with steady breaths. The wounds and scars that once marred her body were gone, leaving only flawless, pale skin that glead softly in the dim light.
Her silent figure lay upon the bed like a sleeping beauty, awaiting her prince to awaken her with a true love’s kiss. If she remained still and never revealed her true personality, Shalltear could have easily been mistaken for a refined noble lady. Yet, that was far from the truth.
Shido let out a sigh of relief at the sight. At the sa ti, he couldn’t help but marvel at the astonishing ability and design of the Ultra Ball. He had to admit, it was truly an impressive thing.
The system further explained that the living quarters of a captured creature were shaped according to its appearance and mories.
Hearing this, Shido found the reasoning vslid. After all, it would indeed be strange to see a Leviathan drifting aimlessly inside a lavishly furnished room.
After confirming Shalltear’s condition, Shido withdrew his gaze from within and chose to depart. It would only invite trouble if anyone happened to find him in this devastated land, especially if that soone was a denizen of Nazarick.
With that thought, Shido used ’Gate’ and vanished from the scene, returning to Nazarick.

"...Ugh... my head... it hurts."
Shalltear’s eyes fluttered open, greeted by the familiar ceiling of her room. A dull ache throbbed within her skull, and she slowly raised a hand to her temple in an attempt to ease it.
"Are you okay?"
Suddenly, Shalltear noticed a presence beside her so she quickly turned to the side and saw the man she had been dreaming of and making her go crazy.
"Shido!"
As if her headache had been completely forgotten, Shalltear threw herself into his arms without hesitation. She clung tightly to him, wrapping her arms around his neck and burying her face against his chest.
"Geez... you really are spoiled." Shido let out a helpless smile, but made no move to push her away. Instead, he gently patted her back to comfort.
Yet, to his surprise, Shido heard the sound of quiet sobs coming from Shalltear, startling him. Concern flashed over his face, as he gently asked what was wrong. But Shalltear only clung tighter, pressing her head against his chest as if refusing to let him see her expression.
"S-Shido... I... I’m... sorry."
Her voice trembled, breaking apart between sobs. Tears welled up and spilled from the corners of her eyes, soaking into his clothes. Unlike in the original story where Shalltear lost her mories after being resurrected, however, Shalltear didn’t die this ti so she retained her mory.
Ashad and weighed down by guilt, Shalltear couldn’t bring herself to et Shido’s eyes. She had committed sothing she believed unforgivable. At first, she had felt overjoyed simply to see him by her side, but as fragnts of their battle resurfaced in her mory, her happiness crumbled, replaced by silence and tears.
In her heart, she condemned herself. For hurting Shido, for betraying his trust... she felt inexcusable. Unworthy of staying by his side any longer.
Seeing her current state, Shido knew that it was dangerous as Shalltear might break down under the weight of her guilt. He let out a quiet sigh, wondering to himself why girls always seed to overreact to situations they weren’t truly at fault for.
"Shalltear."
His deep, commanding voice echoed her na, making Shalltear flinch as a shiver ran through her body.
Yet, she still refused to lift her head and et his eyes. Seeing this, Shido realized he would have to take a more direct and forceful approach to calm her down.
With that, Shido gently but firmly pushed her, preventing her from hiding her face, then lifted her chin, revealing her tear-streaked beauty. Even in such a state, eyes swollen with tears, her expression a ss, she was still breathtaking. The sight of her vulnerability, her tears glimring softly, only added an innocent charm that made Shido’s heart race.
But as Shalltear stirred, on the verge of resisting, Shido chose a bold move to stop her. Lowering his head, he captured her trembling, red glossy lips in a sudden, forceful kiss.
"Mmp!"
The warmth of Shido’s lips left Shalltear stunned for a few seconds. Her heart raced wildly, a surge of longing flooding her chest. Yet, the weight of guilt reminded her of her sin, urging her to push him away. She tried to but her strength seed to fade from her body under the kiss, leaving her unable to resist.
Shido also understand Shalltear’s thoughts so he attacked her more intensely.
He slipped his tongue past her lips in search of hers. The mont he found it, he imdiately intertwined with her, pouring tenderness and passion into the kiss, showing just how much he wanted her.

Shalltear’s hazy eyes widened in surprise at Shido’s bold assault causing a soft moan escaping her lips. Yet, as the sensations overwheld her, she slowly drowned into the pleasure of kissing. Closing her eyes, she yielded, returning Shido’s advances with a fiery, passionate kiss of her own.
Tears stread down her cheeks, but this ti, it wasn’t tears of guilt and pain, but tears of love and happiness.
Their lips remained locked in a long, passionate kiss until Shalltear finally broke away, gasping softly as a delicate silver thread glistening between them.

Seeing her panting, yet looking sowhat lewd, Shido couldn’t help but chuckle. Noticing this, Shalltear blushed and turned shy, though she tried to hide her embarrassnt behind a glare.
"What are you grinning at?"
"No, nothing."
"It’s just that..."
"Just that?" Shalltear tilted her head, resting it against his chest as she glanced up at him curiously.
Shido gently patted her back, whispering softly, "I’m just happy to see you back to your old self."
"...Un." Shalltear lowered her head and gave a small nod.
"You don’t need to dwell on it. No matter what happened, I will always love you. So please don’t show that kind of sadness again, alright?"
Shido’s smile shone like the sun in the sky, radiant and warm, enough to make anyone who saw it feel comforted.
That smile made Shalltear’s heart skip a beat. Heat spread through her body, a strange sensation stirring deep within her. Excitent welled up inside as she realized just how deeply she had fallen for Shido, especially after hearing those words from him. She understood that she couldn’t live without Shido anymore.
Shalltear’s eyes seed to turn into hearts as her desire and longing for Shido overwheld her.
"Shido!"
She leapt onto him, pushing him down onto the bed before pressing her lips to his in a frantic, desperate kiss. Between hurried breaths, she whispered his na over and over.
"Shido... Shido... Shido..."
"I love you... I love you... I love you..."
Seeing how frantic she is, Shido beca speechless at how strong her desire was. But he didn’t intend to just be pushed around so Shido turned her over shifting their position before counter attacking her with kisses. His hands also didn’t sit idle as he started caressing her soft body like a treasure.
Shido put his hands inside her dress and started groping the small bump on her chest causing a moan to escape her lips. He then move his other hand to her lower body after feeling her breast.
