BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!

A deafening explosion shook the heavens as the teor collided with Shido, erupting into a massive mushroom-shaped cloud. The resulting shockwave surged outward, sending violent gusts of wind toward Ainz and the Floor Guardians. Yet, thanks to their imnse resistance, they remained mostly unaffected.

"Shido!"

"Darling!"

Aura and Shalltear cried out in alarm, their voices filled with panic. Even as Floor Guardians, they knew that taking on Demiurge’s attack head-on was no trivial matter. Without any form of defense, such an impact could only be described as suicidal.

They thought Shido had gone mad, choosing to take the hit head-on without resistance.

While Shalltear and Aura were gripped by worry, Ainz, Albedo, and Sebas remained composed, their gazes fixed ahead with solemn intensity.

Unlike the two, whose emotions clouded their judgnt, the trio stayed cool-headed. They knew it wasn’t over yet. Silently, they each used life essence detection to assess Shido’s condition. Ainz instinctively took a deep breath when he saw the results: not only had Shido’s HP not dropped, it had risen drastically.

’What just happened?’

Ainz was stunned. Instead of dropping, Shido’s HP had surged, sothing he hadn’t expected. And yet, rather than feeling alard, he was pleased. Once again, Shido had defied expectations, and Ainz welcod the surprises he brought. This was far beyond what he had hoped to witness but rather than disappointnt, a deep sense of satisfaction settled in. A powerful individual like Shido joining them was sothing worth being content about.

Standing beside him were his trusted aides, Albedo and Sebas.

They didn’t say anything, however, it was clear on their face that they were also shock by Shido’s way of surviving Demiurge’s attack.

Albedo’s furrowed brows slowly relaxed as she observed the aftermath. Shido truly was a fascinating individual. She had never t a spirit before, but it was clear that not all spirits were like him. In fact, Shido seed to stand at the pinnacle of his kind. A thought crossed her mind.

’Was he the strongest among the spirits, or was there soone even greater?’

If it were the latter, then the possibility of a future conflict between the spirits and Nazarick couldn’t be ignored, and that concerned her.

But dwelling on such thoughts now was pointless. Albedo shook her head, dismissing the idea as re speculation.

’Perhaps I’m just overthinking it,’ she told herself.

For now, her focus had to remain on the battle because it was far from over.

...

Hovering in the sky, Demiurge kept a sharp eye on the area where Shido had taken the hit. Thick smoke still billowed from the impact site, a lingering reminder of the teor’s devastating descent. Shattered fragnts of the teor continued to rain down from above, falling like a fountain of burning stone.

Like Ainz, Albedo, and Sebas, Demiurge used Life Essence to confirm whether Shido had been defeated. If he had, his body should already be dropping down to the ground but that didn’t happen so Demiurge decided to use Life Essence.

And the result made the corner of his mouth twitch as he saw the amount of HP Shido still have.

"Just how ridiculous is this person?"

Feeling helpless, Demiurge lost all his arrogance and felt tiny compared to the person in front of him. Shido wasn’t hurt at all, instead, he was brimming with life energy as if he had unlimited supply of life.

If Demiurge knew that Shido possessed the outrageous healing factor of Camael and a constitution that could enhance his regeneration then Demiurge would think twice before he challenge Shido again.

Facing Shido with that kind of regeneration was like trying to drain the ocean with a spoon, it was both futile and exhausting.

Yet even as a sense of powerlessness began to take root in his heart, Demiurge refused to yield. The battle was far from over, and no matter how overwhelming the opponent, he would not admit defeat so easily.

...

The thick smoke plu that had blanketed the area where Shido stood began to disperse, swept away by a sudden gust of wind. Within seconds, the black haze cleared, revealing the figure hidden within.

What they saw made everyone instinctively gasp. A chilling pressure washed over them, raising the hairs on their skin and sending a shiver down their spines. For a brief mont, terror gripped even the bravest among them.

For the won present, it was sothing more. When that piercing gaze swept past them, their hearts skipped a beat. Their bodies reacted involuntarily, especially Albedo and Shalltear, who felt a strange mix of awe and desire ripple through them.

Then, the figure slowly opened his eyes, sharp, crimson, and glowing with a dangerous light. As they fully opened, a spark ignited in the air, like the crack of power barely restrained.

Shido’s figure reappeared before them as the smoke gradually cleared. His appearance remained the sa and the divine ring behind him was still rotating, devouring energy to supply Shido. However, if there was sothing that was different from him, it was the ominous red mark on his forehead that was difficult to understand whether it was a beast, a devil or sothing else.

Furthermore, the angel that once floated beside him had vanished. In its place, a colossal phantom of an Asura lood behind his back. Though not titanic, the Asura still stood an imposing fifty ters tall. Its six massive arms each ford unique and intricate hand seals, radiating a fierce and ancient power.

The Asura bore a striking resemblance to the angel that had disappeared. Its body was painted in shades of crimson, yet its arms were reminiscent of the angel’s own, elegant yet terrifying. Each of its six arms held a mirrored pair of Shido’s angel, each performing distinct hand seals as if channeling a divine technique through a demonic form.

It was the second form of his angel, Seraphic Aspect - Asura Hell.

Shido had first awakened this form during training with Rumia, deep within one of their past adventures. Until now, he had never found the right mont to use it but now, Shido had the reason to use it.

Like Beast (Tohka), who accessed alternate forms of angels by stealing the angels of the spirits from the alternate world. Shido was also the sa, but because he beca like Mio, the progenitor of Spirits, Shido already have access to the other form of his angel.

At this mont, Shido felt like he was an emperor that look down on every creation of the world. The second form of his angel not only change his fighting style but also strengthen him.

Shido’s sharp eyes swept over the crowd, his expression calm as he offered a faint smile before turning his focus back to Demiurge. To him, the battle had reached its conclusion and it was ti to end it.

...

Though Shido was simply trying to appear composed, those watching misinterpreted his look entirely. The n felt a chilling pressure behind that cold gaze and subtle smirk, as if death itself had taken notice of them.

Yet the girls felt that their heart skip a beat when those gaze passed by them causing a reaction from their bodies especially Albedo and Shalltear.

Shalltear felt her body was electrocuted when Shido’s gaze had fallen on her. A deep blush colored her cheeks as her breath quickened involuntarily as she felt her lower body was beca wet. She wanted Shido to look at her more with that kind of cold and sadistic eyes. Her body twitched as she fidget her legs rubbing her thighs together.

She was just a horny vampire.

But it was different for Albedo.

Albedo was a succubus, but she was a virgin.

The mont Shido’s cold gaze passed over her, sothing deep within her stirred. It was as if a hidden chanism, long dormant, had suddenly been triggered. A switch flipped, sending heat rushing through her body, blooming from her chest down to her core.

Her breath hitched. That glance alone was enough to shake her restraint, as though her very nature was responding to an unspoken call.

"Mmmn~!"

"W-What’s wrong Albedo?"

Ainz was visibly startled when he heard the unexpected, sultry sound from his side. Turning to her, he found Albedo’s face flushed red, while biting her lower lip. Her legs subtly pressed together as if trying to contain sothing.

"N-Nothing, Ainz-sama, I just felt slightly hot."

She forced a smile, doing her best to hide the strange emotion she was feeling when Ainz asked her. It was humiliating, feeling this way while standing right beside Ainz. And worse still... the one responsible for this emotions wasn’t him.

It was Shido.

The realization only made her cheeks burn hotter.

Albedo bit down harder on her lip, so hard it nearly broke the skin, a bead of blood beginning to form. Albedo looked at the figure that caused her to be like this.

She clenched her fists at her sides, silently vowing to confront him later and demand an explanation.

"O-Oh, I see."

Ainz, absentmindedly nodded and chose to focus on the scene in front of him as he knew that it was the peak of the battle. But still, Ainz felt that Albedo was very hot and seductive right now. However, he shook those thoughts away from his mind since he didn’t want to think of those things with a person created by his friend.
