Elizabeth finally returned in the late afternoon, pushing a heavy wooden cart loaded with supplies.
She looked completely drained, shoulders slumped and face damp with sweat.
Setting down the axe, I rushed over and helped her.
"Here, let help," I grabbed the cart to steady it.
She managed a worn-out smile, and a bit of warmth lingered beneath it.
"Thank you," she said, brushing hair from her face.
Before I could respond, she leaned in and gave a quick hug.
This girl was madly in love with Remus. Sure, she made a lot of questionable choices in the past, but she was still partly why this body ca back stronger than ever.
Now that I got a better look at her, she was even prettier than I rembered. The sweat on her neck glistened in the fading light, and sohow it made her even more tempting. Her scent stayed pleasant too, even with the sweat mixed in.
"You’re carrying too much, no wonder it took you so long to get back,"
She shook her head, then pressed her face closer to my chest, letting out a small giggle.
"It took longer because I had to make a few detours, and Madam Agnes gave a pretty long list. How was your day?" she inquired, her voice muffled by the hug.
"My day’s fine," I replied, trying to sound casual. "I’m more curious about the town. How’s it looking ?"
"It’s the sa as always—people thinking too highly of themselves, gossiping about anyone who doesn’t fall in line." Her expression darkened slightly. "And I heard troubling things about Madam Agnes."
I pretended to frown. "Whispers? What sort?"
"They say the church and the mayor wants her gone from these mountains. So preachers and townsfolk even talk openly in the streets, warning that anyone who takes dicine from a healer the church doesn’t recognize could have trouble later on."
Deep down, the townsfolk had a point. Agnes was a suspicious person. The dicine she gave tasted like sothing pulled from so strange cult ritual. So their fear made perfect sense.
But this simulation wasn’t about playing the hero . It followed Remus’s story.
And at this point, it felt like my steps moved closer to Agnes, not to the people who called the owner of this body a cursed child and left him to rot in the mountains.
A thought erged , ’I should be careful just in case.’
Right now, a weapon felt needed. A spear worked best for that. The Church kept slipping into every talk, and that kind of pattern often pointed to trouble down the line.
Better to be ready before the simulation pushed into a corner.
Once our little chat ended, we headed back to the house.
Elizabeth started preparing the food while I helped set the table. For so reason, Agnes stayed in her room, so we didn’t want to disturb her.
Night fell, and the two of us finally sat down to eat. A third plate waited, untouched.
Agnes still hadn’t co out. So , we decided to just ignore her and focus on our al, until...
We heard a soft step behind us.
Agnes appeared at the doorway, dressed in black again, her veil hiding most of her face. Her skin had returned to that pale, almost ghostly shade.
"You two should leave tomorrow," she declared, her voice cold and devoid of emotions. It was as if the warm, calm person I spoke to this morning never existed.
"Yes, Madam Agnes," Elizabeth responded without question, but I felt the need to speak up.
"Can you tell why you look so pale at night? Is it so kind of illness? How can we help you?"
My words struck a nerve. She clenched her fist tightly, and the way she turned her head said more than words ever could.
She clearly didn’t appreciate pointing her weird condition out.
"Mind your own business," she stood up and walked out.
Elizabeth reached over and placed a hand gently on my shoulder. Her voice was soft, trying to ease the tension.
"Don’t worry, Remus. She didn’t an it like that. Maybe... maybe she has her own reasons."
Honestly, I wasn’t really affected, so she didn’t need to say anything.
But she has a habit of openly showing her feelings for , so it would be foolish not to take advantage of the opportunity.
I took her hand gently, and kissed it. "Let’s finish eating and head to bed. I want you to accompany tonight,"
Her face flad bright red instantly.
What an open book. She wore her emotions right on her sleeves, no hiding anything at all.
"I... I’ll go with you," she stamred, her voice soft.
I let go of one of her hands and brushed a stray hair from her face.
"Let’s not waste any more ti."
By the ti we left the table, the house was quiet, except for my room. Elizabeth was now sitting on my lap without any hint of resistance.
My fingers traced a path down her stomach, and she didn’t hesitate, parting her legs with an eagerness that was almost too easy.
There was no need to be gentle; she was practically begging to be fuck.
As my fingers found her opening, a soft gasp escaped her lips, quickly followed by a loud moan of my na.
"Remus!"
She was so responsive, moving her hips to heighten the sensation I could feel her getting tighter, like she was about to let go.
"Oh heavens, right there," she panted, her voice trembling. "Don’t stop, please don’t stop."
I could feel her getting tighter, like she was about to let go.
With a few more twists of my fingers, I pushed her over the limit.
She cried out, her back arching. "I’m peeing!!!"
A warm gush of fluid soaked the sheets right beneath us, and the air instantly filled with her sweet, musky sll.
thud!
She collapsed onto the bed, her body still shaking, and completely spent from the ordeal.
