Frank waited outside the hospital, watching the entrance as the hours passed. He had been waiting since early evening, and now, at 8 PM, he finally saw Eliana step out, chatting with a colleague.
Keeping a safe distance, he followed her to her apartnt, observing from the rooftop of the building across from hers.
Inside, Eliana was putting on makeup, carefully applying lipstick and adjusting her dress.
'Didn't she have a morning shift tomorrow? Where is she going this late?' Frank muttered to himself.
He stayed in position, watching as ti ticked by. At exactly 10 PM, she left her apartnt. Frank tailed her to a nightclub.
Inside the Club
Eliana sat at the bar counter, sipping her drink. Frank positioned himself on the first floor, keeping a close eye on her.
A man approached her, leaning in with a confident smirk. Though Frank couldn't hear the conversation over the club's loud music, he could read their lips.
The man's hand slid onto Eliana's bare thigh.
"You shouldn't be sitting here all alone, gorgeous," the man said smoothly.
"I feel like you should watch where you put that hand," Eliana replied, shrugging him off before standing up to leave.
Frank smirked. 'She can handle herself.'
Just then, his eyes caught soone else—a man in a tailored suit, surrounded by several won, sipping his drink while subtly eyeing Eliana.
Frank's brows furrowed. 'Wait a second... I've seen that guy twice today.'
It wasn't just a coincidence. The man had been near Eliana both tis—first at the hospital and now at the club.
Frank's instincts flared. 'This isn't random.'
A smirk ford on his lips. "Ti to put my old skills to use."
Blending into the crowd, Frank smoothly approached the man. With a swift, practiced motion, he slipped the man's wallet from his pocket without him noticing.
Flipping it open, he scanned the ID inside.
"Hm~ Andrew Karl, a broker at Platinum Exchange," Frank murmured, flipping through the contents of the stolen wallet.
"He must be loaded."
As he checked the other compartnts, sothing caught his attention—a small plastic pouch tucked neatly inside. He pulled it out and examined the contents.
"Would you look at that," he muttered, rolling the pouch between his fingers. "Benzodiazepine."
His expression darkened.
"A guy carrying roofies in his wallet, a known date-rape drug... and he just happens to be following Eliana around?"
Frank's jaw tightened. System, I think we found our threat.
He returned the wallet to Andrew's pocket undetected, then refocused on his real target.

Frank kept his eyes on Eliana for the rest of the night. She stayed at the club, occasionally chatting with people but never letting anyone get too close. By the ti she finally left, it was 3 AM.
Exhausted, Frank parked outside her apartnt and dozed off in his car.
****
Barely two hours later, the sound of an engine starting jolted him awake. His eyes snapped open, and he checked the ti—5:30 AM.
"What the fuck...?" he muttered groggily, rubbing his eyes.
He looked up just in ti to see Eliana's car pulling out of the parking lot.
"She worked a full shift yesterday, spent all night at a club, and now she's leaving for work before sunrise?"
Frank shook his head in disbelief.
"Is she so kind of robot disguised as a human?" he grumbled, stretching before starting his own car.
With a sigh, he pulled into traffic, tailing her once again.
"System, the rewards for this mission better be worth it."

After following Eliana to the hospital, Frank returned to the precinct to report to Chief Layla.
She skimd through the file, her brow furrowing. "You're saying she's living a double life?"
"That's the only explanation," Frank replied. "She works ten-hour shifts at the hospital, spends the whole night drinking at a club, and then wakes up early to do it all over again. It's like her personality switches completely."
Layla leaned back in her chair. "That sounds extre, but maybe she's just blowing off steam from a stressful job?"
Frank crossed his arms. "Would you spend the whole night at a club after a brutal shift?"
Layla fell silent.
"Exactly. No normal person would. They'd go ho and crash. Sothing's seriously off about her. Let keep following her."
Layla let out a long sigh. "Fine."
She flipped through the report again before looking up. "And this guy—Andrew Karl?"
Frank placed a small plastic pouch on her desk. "I think he's targeting Eliana. I saw him twice while tailing her, and he was at the sa club last night. Look what I lifted from his wallet."
Layla picked up the pouch, her eyes narrowing. "Roofies?"
"Yeah. My guess? He's a repeat offender. Who knows how many drinks he's spiked? And I think Eliana is his next target."
Layla's expression darkened. "We can't arrest him without solid evidence, but I'll have him investigated."
"Appreciate it, Chief."
"And Frank—keep updated."
"Got it."
As Frank hurried out, Layla grabbed her phone and called Zoey.
"I need you to dig into a guy nad Andrew Karl. Find out what he does, where he goes, and whether he's been involved in any past cases."
"I'm on it, Chief."

The next night, Frank continued tailing Eliana, but once again, nothing out of the "ordinary" happened. She stuck to her usual routine—work all day, drink all night.
As always, Frank found himself at the club, watching her from a distance.
"So, how's the investigation going?"
A familiar voice ca from behind.
Frank turned, only to be caught completely off guard.
Zoey stood there, but she wasn't in her usual precinct attire. No, tonight, she looked... dangerous.
A tight black dress hugged every inch of her body, emphasizing her full, round breasts that were barely contained by the plunging neckline. The fabric clung to her curvy hips and thick thighs, riding high enough to hint at what lay beneath.
She smirked, clearly enjoying his reaction. With slow, deliberate steps, she closed the distance between them, her hips swaying just enough to make his throat go dry.
Sliding onto the seat next to him, she crossed her legs, and the hem of her dress lifted just a little too much. For everyone else, it was nothing. But for Frank? The lacy edge of her panties was right there, barely hidden. His eyes flicked downward instinctively.
She noticed.
A soft, knowing chuckle escaped her lips.
"Oops," she murmured, voice laced with amusent. She shifted slightly, parting her legs just a little—just enough. It wasn't an accident. She wanted him to see.
Then she leaned in, her breath warm against his ear.
"You're staring so much... it's almost like you want sothing."
Frank coughed, snapping out of it. "Cough... Cough... You know I'm on a mission right now, right?"
