What is the longest-lived race on Lemoria Continent?
The answer isn't absolutely unified.
Among races that players can portray, it's the elven species, though no player can enjoy the elves' longevity trait.
Undead species can also be considered long-lived in terms of racial characteristics, but no one wants to beco undead.
Other than those are creatures whose populations aren't as large as the main races. The most representative are dragons. It's said the ancient dragon kings who witnessed the [Demon Lord] still live in this world.

Early on, the Church suspected witches were mixed-blood offspring of the [Demon Lord]'s blood and humans. Later, the exceptionally well-behaved witches were gradually considered by the Church as not worth specifically targeting. Otherwise, how could Anna's identity as a witch's daughter allow her to live peacefully? In any case, information about witches is extrely scarce, and there are almost no quests involving witches.
