~Inside Class-A~
The Students of Class-A were chatting happily amongst themselves. Alex and his group of girls sat in the middle rows because that’s the best spot where maneuvering is easy. And teachers don’t usually focus much here.
Everyone in the group except Salonika was chatting with other students. Even Alex was approached by a few brave souls despite themselves.
When they actually talked to him, they realised he was a jolly guy who will joke around with you unless you poke him the wrong way.
Everyone else in Class-A was intelligent enough to understand that Alex was not their enemy. They needed to have at least a platonic relationship with him. Because infighting will only give other Classes a chance to overthrow them.
Alex was their strongest weapon as the dubbed strongest of the first years. Thus the current harmonious scene of everyone laughing and chatting comfortably with Alex.
Ti passed and it was ti for the teacher to arrive. Seeing that everyone wasn’t in their seat yet, Alex stood up from his seat and walked down to the podium in the class.
Everyone quieted down and turned their attention to Alex.
"Cough! Ahem! Hola my fellow students! There are still 5 minutes before the teacher arrives. Before that, we need to be aware of a few things. You all may have noticed that this Academy is not just to train Heroes to fight against villains. So of you may also know that Class demotion is also possible if our Class-A scores less than any other class. Right?"
Alex looked around the class. Everyone had a serious expression on their face. Most of them were from top-tier backgrounds. So they knew a thing or two about the academy curriculum than most.
"I believe you also know that you can buy a lot of stuff with credits. Though, we don’t need to be actually worried about anything but being too complacent will be our downfall. So, five minutes before the teacher arrives, everyone must be on their seats. No chatting.
No doom scrolling your phone. Keep in mind that everything is docunted by Academy staff. Class Points are totally different from personal points. You can just visit so secret Realm to earn so. So, be vigilant everyone."
Alex finished his warning speech. He was about to get off when a student with glasses raised his hand.
"Umm... Yes.. ah... I’m sorry, even though you introduced yourself earlier, I still forgot your na. I have a condition that makes it hard for to rember nas. Sorry."
"It’s Himmler John StoneHeart. And it’s fine. Just call Himmler or Him in short. But Alex, what do you an by class points? I’ve never heard of such term before. I know that class demotions happens when a class is defeated in a Class War. But Class Points... what significance does it hold?"
Himmler asked what almost everyone in the class felt like asking but was in a dilemma. Not sure if Alex had just said it as a matter of fact.
Alex humd. Took out his phone to look at the ti. 1 minute before the teacher arrived. He will not be able to finish either way.
Alex looked at Himmler, he was liking him already.
"Himmler, create a group chat and add everyone. I will tell you there. And no, in first year, it does not hold much significance, but it will start mattering from second year... I think. Anyway. Attention everyone!"
Alex said as he sat down on his seat. The whole Class-A was quiet. Waiting for the teacher.
And they didn’t have to wait for long. The door of the classroom opened and a cool looking lady with short ocean blue hair and eyes walked in.
Her presence was cool. She had so tattoos around her neck. She stepped into the podium. Everyone’s gaze following her as she walked. There was no tension in her movents. She moved in effortless grace.
"My na is Yamamoto Rayna. You can call Teacher Rayna. And I will be your horoom teacher for the rest of your ti in this Academy."
Rayna paused for a mont. Studying everyone’s expression before continuing.
"I believe you have all acquainted with each other?"
"YES, MA’AM!"
Everyone said in unison. Rayna nodded.
"Alright. The subject I teach is Natural Energy Refinent & Control of Energy."
Rayna said. Students shifted uncomfortably. Because this subject, they were very familiar with it. As mbers of prestigious clans, they have naturally been taught from an early age.
So the thought of getting taught sothing they already knew is a bit awkward to them.
"I know what you might be thinking. Why should we learn sothing we already know? I know that you know many advanced Refinent Techniques, have fine control over your energy. Then what is this class about? Its not to teach you new things but harden what you already have.
When you graduate and start doing Hero jobs, fight villains, monsters, they won’t be the sa as the controlled training environnt."
Rayna said coolly. Understanding dawned to the students and they involuntarily nodded.
"Before we start, do you think job of a Hero is easy as it seems?"
Everyone shook their head. They knew how dangerous the Hero job is with the amount of villains and monsters throughout the world.
"Good. From now on, you need to let go all of your comfort. Everyday, you all will train like your life depends on it. Is that clear?"
"YES MA’AM!!"
There was a silence after that. Everyone in the class prepared themselves for the worst. Their life really did depend on becoming a Hero. If they failed, not only will they lose support from their clan, but also beco a laughing stock. Which none of them wanted.
"Since the introductory part is over. We will move on to so basic tips for better control over your energy and Refinent process. And from tomorrow onwards, you all will have to be present in the Training Ground-47 by the ti my class starts. Understood?"
"YES MA’AM!!"
Everyone was pumped and excited but Alex wasn’t as enthusiastic as them. The class cannot help him in any way. But he still needs to attend for the sake of it. Besides, it will be very boring if he cos to an academy and attends classes...
