"Lyon Stark," Lyon nodded slightly at the two, introducing himself. "You should leave here soon; the noise has attracted the zombies."

"You're not coming to the subway station with us? Ah, I get it, Stark, you're the guy sent to fix everything, right?" Carlos couldn't resist touching the armor. "I didn't even know this country's tech was this advanced. They really kept this stuff hidden!"

Jill seed to agree.

Her expression softened as she looked at Lyon, like she was seeing a fellow soldier.

She extended her hand. "I was with the Delta Force. Lyon, which unit are you from?"

Lyon briefly shook her hand, his armored hand encasing hers.

"You've misunderstood," he said. "I'm not from your country, nor am I from your world."

"World? Are you saying we're not on the sa level or sothing?" Jill frowned slightly.

"Heh, no. Literally. I'm from another world."

Lyon released her hand. "And I'm not here to clean up Umbrella's ss."

"It's your world's consciousness that hired ."

"It wants to help save this world."

"So, you should leave quickly and gather as many civilians as you can. Later, I might even send you so T-virus vaccines."

After saying this, Lyon turned and located the direction of Raccoon City Hospital, preparing to fly over.

Carlos laughed and shouted from behind, "Hey, Lyon! You're joking, right? Another world? How's that even possible? Got any proof?"

This curly-haired, charming guy might have a lighthearted personality, but he was beyond the age of believing in hot-blooded savior stories from another dinsion.

He thought the ch warrior in front of him probably had PTSD from battle and wasn't thinking clearly.

"Soone hired by the consciousness of the world... so that makes you a savior?" Jill's expression turned strange.

She thought back to the earlier 'teleportation', and although it shook her a little, she quickly dismissed the idea.

'A savior from another world? How could that be possible!'

She figured Lyon was probably just joking to keep things lighthearted.

Just then, Lyon suddenly took off into the air.

—And yet, he hadn't activated the propulsion system on his armor.

Lyon hadn't used his armor in a while, and with all the thoughts running through his mind, he had montarily forgotten to activate the propulsion system and instinctively used his bio-field to fly instead.

So, the several-ton tal suit floated effortlessly in the air, and Lyon's voice ca out sounding muffled, like it was trapped in a can.

"I don't need to prove anything, Carlos."

"You don't have to believe , and I don't need you to believe ."

"Just continue doing what you were doing before. It might help save a few more people."

Lyon looked around from the sky.

"And by the way, you should get going. The zombies around here are closing in!"

Jill and Carlos hadn't noticed that Lyon's armor had seemingly defied gravity, floating there without any propulsion, as if Newton's laws were being ignored.

They glanced around and, sure enough, hordes of zombies were limping toward them from the corners of the streets.

"We do need to go!"

Jill's face turned serious, but she still asked Lyon,

"What about you? Where are you headed? Maybe we can co help you later!"

"I'm heading to Raccoon City Hospital and the police station. The underground passage in the police station leads to Umbrella's laboratory. If you need the serum, you can find there," Lyon said.

He felt that story characters like Jill and Carlos were probably quite important to his 'employer'—the world's consciousness.

So he didn't mind offering so assistance.

"Umbrella's laboratory?" Jill wanted to ask more.

But Lyon suddenly raised his hand to stop her. "Wait a mont!"

His ears twitched. "There are a lot of things crawling nearby... Hmm, sounds like wireworms climbing."

Wireworms? Aren't those parasites?

How could they make noise when crawling?

Jill and Carlos were full of questions.

"Should we take him with us? He seems ntally unstable, and sothing might happen if he's alone," Carlos whispered.

"Uh, but Lyon seems quite clear-headed." Jill thought differently from Carlos.

She felt that Lyon was probably using so kind of code; professional special forces personnel often have code words.

Unfortunately, Jill and the Umbrella guy beside her weren't Lyon's informants.

"The sound is coming from over there." Lyon suddenly turned in mid-air, looking toward the remains of the Tyrant.

The once dry bones had transford into a swollen mass of black substance.

Countless black threads, less than a milliter thick were extending from that mass, spreading across the ground and crawling toward the nearby zombies.

The process was entirely silent, as natural as rainwater flowing over the city's streets.

"There really are wireworms?!" Carlos exclaid.

"So it wasn't a code?" Jill shouted in surprise.

"Yes, this Tyrant is still alive!—Huh?" Lyon raised an eyebrow, confused by Jill and Carlos' odd responses.

These storyline characters had minds that worked differently from normal people.

The focus should have been on the fact that the Tyrant was still alive.

But here they were, one concerned about the wireworms and the other thinking about so nonsensical code.

Strange, perhaps they've fought too many battles and developed so ntal issues.

Lyon recalled that in the ga, Jill had experienced a biohazard outbreak two months ago.

At this point, she likely still had lingering trauma, unable to sleep properly, which explained her current ntal state.

"Tyrant?" Jill and Carlos finally snapped back to reality, their faces turning pale. "It's still alive!?"

Thud! Thud! Thud!

As the two stood in shock, the sound of bodies hitting the ground echoed from different directions on the street.

They looked around and saw the approaching zombies collapsing one after another.

Black threads began enveloping the zombies, swiftly absorbing and dissolving them.

"Damn! It's absorbing the other zombies! We need to stop it!" Jill quickly pulled out her gun and fired.

However, the firepower from her handgun was insignificant at this point.

Carlos also joined in, shooting, but to no avail.

Lyon watched the scene unfold from the air, but he didn't intervene in their assault.

Lyon found it odd—did the Tyrant pursuer in the ga really have such strong vitality?

Well, maybe he couldn't be sure.

After all, when he played the ga, he always had cheat codes on, and no matter how strong the boss was, it died in one shot.

"Let's see how many forms you can transform into, like so kind of Frieza," Lyon thought to himself, crossing his arms in the air.

The Tyrant was absorbing zombies at an incredible speed.

In less than a minute,

The mass of black substance had grown to eight ters long and three ters tall!

The massive body now resembled a leech, taking up most of the street and blocking Jill and Carlos' only escape route.

"What the hell is this thing!?" Jill gritted her teeth. "Lyon! Do you have a plan?"

At this point, Jill could only place her hope in the ch warrior, the most powerful-looking figure among the three, to create a miracle.

She thought to herself.

Lyon was so mysterious.

Even though he spoke cryptically and called himself a savior from another world, there was a chance he really had a way to deal with the terrifying creature in front of them.

"Ok, my lady~ Stand back, let handle this!" Lyon's voice ca from behind, calm and full of confidence.

In that instant, Jill suddenly felt an overwhelming sense of reassurance, almost like a comforting illusion.

She recalled the generals she had seen during her training in the military and thought of a phrase—the deanor of a great general!

Could it be that Lyon was a high-ranking officer in the military?

With that question in mind, Jill turned around and witnessed a sight she would never forget.
