In the night, the Imperial Castle of the Kaiser Empire was silent with so guards lurking around in the darkness.
The moonlight dimly reflected on the castle walls while occasional songs of small insects rang faintly.
Outside of the Imperial Castle stood a magnificent red temple reflecting the moonlight and giving an eerie look that would’ve sent shivers down anyone’s spine that saw it.
This temple was the worshipping grounds of the goddess whom the people of Kaiser Empire worship. And the statue of that Goddess stood tall in the middle of a large fountain carved from the sa violet stone as the temple itself.
The statue depicted a graceful woman with sharp features. Her body was covered in carved armor holding a great-sword pointing towards the heavens. Her elegant and graceful face that gave off an otherworldly charm held a fierce expression that one would show to their enemies.
In front of the crimson fountain stood a cloaked figure as it looked at the statue with its crystalline deep blue eyes as a faint smile ford on his lips.
Dainsleif looked at the statue of the God who earned his respect. The only goddess who supported the weak human race at the beginning of this World
The only one who faced countless ordeals to protect this dear race of hers? The one who spent half of her divine powers to create a supre artifact that still stands unrivaled in Imarion. The Mother Goddess of Humanity on Imarion and the Goddess of War, Life and Humanity... ’Kairo’. From which originates the na of this Empire.
Dainsleif walked past the fountain with calm steps despite knowing many temple priests are guarding at night. He slowly walked through the main entrance of the temple right in front of the two temple guards in red patterned armor. They looked straight ahead, completely ignoring Dainsleif as if they didn’t see him at all, and that was exactly the case.
Dain had completely erased his presence to the point of nonexistence. Now, unless soone has already passed their second Tribulation, or is proficient in Laws of Stealth, Space or Shadow, no one can detect or even see him.
Beings of Imarion, all strive to touch upon their own Divinity as they have a path they can follow to achieve it. And for the World Will of Imarion to allow higher ranked and powerful beings to exist, it tests them through Tribulation every 100 Levels.
Passing through Tribulation brings trendous strength every ti. But even to attend a Tribulation, a person needs to fulfill a condition of the World. Discovering their Flaws are the first ever condition and requirent to go through Tribulation.
And a Tribulation only occurs once in a person’s life. If you fail any of the tribulation, there is no way to take it again. Your level will be stuck until you sohow pass the other tribulations, which are a hundred tis more difficult to achieve without passing the previous ones.
As for the Laws, they are the absolute rules of certain elents or things. Every Transcendent and Mortals begins to comprehend these laws after they reach the Interdiate rank, above level 81.
That is the exact reason why people within Level 51-80 are called Expert, because they have reached the pinnacle in Mortal limits. And above level 81, as you begin to comprehend the Laws, you take your first step on the Rank of Transcendence and are thus called an Interdiate Transcendent.
People might think, ’Isn’t this just like the Dao from Cultivation Stories?’ and for them, you are absolutely correct. Just a single difference, after comprehending the law of a certain elent, you do not need to spend anything in order to use them.
You can continuously use the Law of Stealth for a year without any break or cost. All it takes is just ntal attention that puts a toll on your mind.
Imagine you are using the Law of Stealth and are only hiding yourself. It wouldn’t take much ntal toll since you are aware of your own body. But if you were to hide an entire house, you need to know and focus on every single corner and items within the house or any other area, which in turn, would put ntal pressure on you.
There are many categories the Law’s fell on. But the easiest laws to use are the Offensive Laws. Defensive and Utility laws are much harder compared to that.
Anyway, back to the story.
Dainsleif walked through the extravagantly crimson decorated hallways with ease, completely disregarding the guards.
Soon enough, he stood in front of a magnificent locker in an underground chamber. This was the place where a Divine Weapon, a weapon on the SS-tier, was safely placed.
Gunlaug, the very great-sword used by Goddess Kairo. A pity that they couldn’t find the Armor worn by the Goddess, which disappeared right after when Gods disappeared from Imarion.
Dain was here just to make sure this weapon was not stolen by the demons like in the previous life. And as he sensed the intimidating divine aura that ca from behind the door, he was sure the weapon was still there.
Relieved, he left the Chamber without looking at anything else as that was the sole reason he was here. He was completely oblivious to the gaze of a higher being.
A soft chuckle rang inside the locked door as an illustrious, soft and charming voice slowly muttered, "Interesting~..."

Inside her chamber, Saintess Lily was still awake sitting on a desk going through so official docunts. A gnawing sensation kept her awake, her divine power warning her about sothing important and beneficial to the Empire.
She has full faith in her divinity, which is the reason she didn’t sleep, waiting for things to happen or the feelings to dissipate.
She stood up to drink so water from the table across the room when her steps halted in the middle. She looked sharply across the room finding nothing, but her divine sense told otherwise.
Among her agitated gaze, a deep voice that was distorted with other voices spoke in unison, "You’re quite sharp..."
