"Why is it them?"
Lily Sinclair voiced what Raine was thinking.
She didn’t say anything, just coldly withdrew her gaze, not looking any further.
Mason Sullivan saw her reaction and shut the car door, heading toward the car behind.
"Hey! What’s your deal?"
The words were directed at Leo, with a tone far from pleasant, laced with disdain.
Earlier, Raine had refused a collaboration with Leo, so this guy must hold a grudge and deliberately drove over to crash into them!
Leo was also a bit confused; he hadn’t been drinking, just said a few words to Jonas Hawthorne, and sohow rear-ended the car in front?
And even if it was a rear-end collision, how did he end up crashing into Raine’s car?

Before he could finish, Mason, already emotionally charged, shouted, "Calm? If you stepped on the gas any harder, none of us would have survived! Is it a personal vendetta?"

As the argunt between the two heated up, Jonas suddenly interrupted.
"Enough."
Before he finished speaking, Leo closed his half-opened mouth in silence, "..."
He glanced back in confusion, seeing Jonas’s gaze on the vehicle in front, but his question was for Mason, "Is everything alright?"
"Mr. Hawthorne, look at the rear of the car. With that damage, could it be alright?" Mason was still annoyed and spoke without caution, "People might think you did it on purpose!"
"On purpose for what?" Leo asked instinctively.
Could it be that he would crash into this kid on purpose?!
Mason snorted coldly, "Can’t you see it? That’s the Sinclair Group’s car! Ms. Sinclair is still in there!"
Hearing this, Leo hurriedly looked at the car in front; there did seem to be two won in the back, and one of their silhouettes looked a lot like Raine...
The rear-end incident had happened so suddenly that he hadn’t realized and thought he just hit so enemy!
Turns out he crashed into his ex-sister-in-law’s car...
Cold sweat practically poured down from his forehead!
Turning his neck stiffly to look at Jonas, Leo stamred, "Uh... Mr. Hawthorne, what should we do now?"
He had just been speaking a bit harshly; in reality, he really wanted that Sinclair Group contract!
Raine was already sowhat displeased with him, and now he rear-ended her car directly...

No more talks about contracts; if she doesn’t make things difficult for him, it would be good enough!
Contrary to Leo’s panic and surprise, Jonas remained calm and composed throughout.
He slightly narrowed his eyes, his deep gaze falling on the back seat of the vehicle ahead, "Take them to the hospital."
"Huh?" Mason was montarily clueless, how did they go from arguing to needing a hospital?

Leo blinked, for once reacting swiftly, "Didn’t you just say the car’s rear is wrecked? I’ll just replace it with a new one, and let’s take the people to the hospital for a check-up, how about that?"
Isn’t this the usual way to handle traffic accidents?
Mason was montarily stunned, neither refusing nor agreeing, he turned and walked ahead a few steps to ask Raine’s opinion.
After learning the result of the discussion, Raine replied without a second thought, "No need. Since it’s nothing serious, let’s not bother. Let’s go."
It’s just a minor incident, no need to let it lead to any ties with Jonas Hawthorne.
As for the hospital...
That was out of the question!
If Jonas Hawthorne found out about the child in her womb...
Raine dared not think further.
Jonas Hawthorne loves Candace Ford so much, if he knew she was pregnant, he probably wouldn’t even tolerate the child in her womb, would he?
"Really? Letting them off just like that? Why don’t we call the police? I feel they’re holding a grudge and want revenge!" Mason’s mind was filled with scenes from palace intrigue dramas he’d watched, seeing everything as a conspiracy!

"..." Raine’s eyes twitched, and she spoke again, "I didn’t say I would call the police."

Raine opened her mouth, just about to say sothing, when Leo impatiently called out to Lily, "Hey, why are you being so unreasonable? Get out of the car, I have sothing to say to you!"

This made Leo quite annoyed, and he couldn’t help but continue provoking, "I bet you don’t dare co down!"
Lily, raised in a pampered environnt, was also proud; being challenged like this, she promptly opened the car door and got out, "Alright, I’m out, what do you want to say?"
"Quite the mouth on you! Must have eaten a lot of duck?" Leo snorted.
"I think you’re the one who had too much rooster!" Lily retaliated unceremoniously.
Leo paused for a mont, "Rooster? What do you an?"
At least his phrase was because of the idiom "as stubborn as a duck," wasn’t it?
But Lily replied, "Why else are you crowing all over the place? Cawing like a rooster!"
Leo, "..." Are wild girls these days all this fierce?
Their quarrelso voices were quite irritating but remained isolated outside the car.
Raine sat alone inside, initially wanting to stop Lily, but in the next second, Jonas entered the car.
Mason outside was completely caught off guard by his move; just as he reacted, he saw Jonas quickly close the car door and press a few tis on the driver’s seat, instantly locking all four car doors.
"Bang, bang, bang!" Mason anxiously clenched his fist and pounded on the window, "Hey? Jonas Hawthorne, what do you think you’re doing? Get down here!"
Raine was also startled by his sudden actions.
She dazedly glanced at the man sitting in the passenger seat, finding it increasingly difficult to understand his intentions.
