Gu Chengyu didn’t respond; he had nothing to say and just felt numb.
After Chen Beini was lit up like a firecracker, there was no way she would let it die down easily. Before even reaching the set, she called her team, “I want to go public with the breakup with Gu Chengyu. He and his mom are really the worst kind of people.”
“Nini, your relationship was already semi-public, can’t you at least wait until you’ve finished filming the drama?” her team tried to soothe her.
“Then get my top billing back for , otherwise, I’m going to find An Lan. I can’t swallow this bitterness.”
After all, the top female boss’s clout was acknowledged as the strongest in the whole crew.
