“If I hand over the video, can you speak to the police for ?” the man asked.

Several outdated caras barely captured anyone, let alone catch this woman.
Captain Xing frowned deeply.
“Too many people, can’t see anything but heads; and these people are all from out of town looking for work. Here today, might not be here tomorrow. Asking each would take an eternity.”
