Li, in panic, blurting impulsively, hesitated and didn’t answer.
Suddenly, Li felt tight on her neck, struggling to breathe, Zhan Xuerou gripped her throat.
Li tugged at Zhan Xuerou’s hand, her ungrateful daughter. Didn’t she rember how she sacrificed ten years for Zhan Xuerou?
Zhan Xuerou clearly intended to kill her!
Zhan Xuerou exerted all her strength, Li, fighting for survival, pushed Zhan Xuerou, her fingernails inadvertently leaving deep scratches on Zhan Xuerou’s cheek.
