To put it into perspective, the 'Seven Heavens Breathing thod' is a specialized breathing technique. It allows the user to increase their lung capacity severalfold, enabling them to breathe in more oxygen. This oxygen is then used in the respiratory process to keep the cell tissues of the whole body at extrely high oxidation levels, thereby increasing the body’s activity and strength.
Shira's 'Seven Heavens Breathing thod' is distinct from Konoha’s ‘Eight Inner Gates Formation,’ which allows practitioners to break through their body's limitations and access the full potential of their chakra, thereby increasing physical strength and speed. Guy, now even more confused, replied, “You didn’t even know this training ground was given to Sunagakure’s Genin? So, what brought you here, especially this late at night?”
Shikamaru pointed at three figures in the distance and said, “We followed them.”
Guy looked in the direction Shikamaru indicated and noticed the three figures. All of them were wearing masks and observing Shira’s training. Without a doubt, these were Raijin, Samsara, and Tengu.
“Those are… Agakure Genin… Are they here to gather intelligence on Sunagakure’s Genin?” Guy muttered as he watched them occasionally point at Shira while conversing among themselves. It wasn’t surprising for Raijin, Samsara, and Tengu to be here, since all the participating Genin seed to be trying to acquire information on their competitors for the final phase of the Chūnin Promotion Exam. He reckoned that the three Agakure Genins were trying to do the sa.
“Maybe…” Kakashi replied, his tone uncertain as he observed Raijin and the other two Agakure Genin with a thoughtful expression. He then turned to Guy and Asuma, saying, “Just in case, let’s stay vigilant.”
Given that Shira from Sunagakure was the only one at the training field and considering the past behavior of Agakure’s Raijin squad against Team Seven of Konohagakure, Team Darui of Kumogakure, and later again against Sasuke, Kakashi couldn’t ignore the possibility that the three Agakure Genin might be planning to attack Shira to eliminate him from the third phase, possibly through injury or so other ans.

“Got it,” Samsara nodded excitedly. She imdiately began weaving hand signs, then pressed her hands to the ground. The ground illuminated for a mont before a barrier formation suddenly enveloped the training ground.
