Looking at Sasuke's extrely depressed and dejected back, Mikoto sighed, "What we are doing… is it really right for us to do this? We are putting too much pressure on him; he is only a child.”
Fugaku folded his arms over his chest and said, “This is a fate he must bear as my son and as a Uchiha.”
While Fugaku cannot see the gloomy and depressed state of Sasuke, he can feel it, but having experienced suppression, rejection, alienation, and near-extinction of the Uchiha Clan at the hands of the Konoha; Fugaku understood that Sasuke needs to be prepared to handle the worst-case scenario for him and Uchiha Clan to survive.
Fugaku doesn’t want Sasuke to go through what he did, he understands that strength is the basis of survival. Only by making sure that Sasuke awakens the Mangekyō Sharingan and then obtains the Eternal light will Fugaku rest assured that Sasuke has enough power to survive the storm.
For this reason, even if he might have to bear Sasuke’s hatred and rejection, Fugaku would not stop what was happening.

After weaving the hand signs, Kakashi spoke softly, ‘Lightning Style: Raikiri!’

Instantly, a burst of lightning flashed around Kakashi’s right hand.
Even with lightning wrapped around his right hand, Kakashi did not rush to attack the targets, rather, he stood in his place with his eyes closed as if trying to feel sothing.
After a while, he suddenly opened his eyes, and the lightning wrapped around his right hand changed. From the original bluish-white color it gradually turned darker becoming violet/purple.
Looking at the purple lightning flashing on his arm, Kakashi was stunned, “Did I succeed?”
Taking a deep breath Kakashi released the lightning on the wooden stake not too far away, ‘Lightning Style: Purple Lightning: Bolt!’
Boom!
A streak of lightning was shot at the wooden stake making it explode into countless fragnts.
“Its power is stronger than normal Lightning Style,” mumbled Kakashi as he let out a breath and dispersed the lightning.
After witnessing the confrontation between Darui of Kumogakure and Raijin of Agakure, Kakashi was greatly inspired, especially by Darui’s Black Lightning and Raijin’s Sliver White Lightning which are the results of Change in Nature of a Single Chakra Nature.
He has been trying to perform the sa thing for a long ti but didn’t succeed because he was always missing sothing. By watching the confrontation between Black Lightning and Sliver White Lightning, Kakashi realized what exactly he was missing, and he knew what he had to do to move forward.
Once Kakashi knew what he was missing, he was itching to run to his exclusive training field and try to perform the Jutsu, but at that ti, he had a responsibility, he had to watch over the second phase of the exam to maintain order and ensure the safety of the Jinchuriki, therefore, Kakashi endured himself until the second phase of the exam ca to an end and imdiately rushed to his exclusive training field to give it a try and see if he succeeds in completing the Change in nature of a Single Chakra Nature.
“I did not expect to succeed this easily,” mumbled Kakashi in surprise.
He was once renowned as the ‘Copy Ninja’ Hatake Kakashi. Although he no longer possesses the Sharingan of the Uchiha Clan, his understanding of Ninjutsu has not diminished, and considering the fact that he had been trying to do the sa thing, after witnessing the final result with his own eyes, he ended up succeeding in the first attempt and has beco the creator of Purple Lightning.
‘Since I have succeeded, let’s try to experience it and fully explore its power…’ With such a thought, Kakashi once again weaved the hand signs and began to experint with the Purple Lightning.

Konoha Hospital, Konohagakure
“Tsunade-sama, here’s the report that you wanted to see…” After knocking on the door of Tsunade-hi’s office, Yui walked inside the office and put the report on the table.
“Thank you for your hard work,” said Tsunade-hi.
“It’s alright…” smiled Yui, then said, “Well then, I will be going Tsunade-sama.”
“Your shift has ended?” asked Tsunade-hi.
Yui nodded, “Yes, it’s Shizune-chan’s shift now…”
“I see, alright, good work,” spoke Tsunade-hi with a nod.
Yui bowed to Tsunade-hi and then began to leave the office. Just as she was about to walk out, suddenly, Tsunade-hi stopped her, “Wait…”
Yui turned around with a doubtful expression, and asked, “Yes, Tsunade-sama?”
Tsunade-hi hesitated for a mont, but then nodded to herself much to Yui’s confusion, and after taking a deep breath, she said, “Tell Kuroto that I want to talk to him about sothing.”
Yui blinked and nodded, “Alright.”
“That’s all, you can go now… Good night,” said Tsunade-hi as she picked up the report Yui brought a few monts ago and started reading it.
Yui said, “Good night, Tsunade-sama,” then left Konoha Hospital, making her way to the Hyuga Clan District.
