Yun Hao left the room and went straight to Yun Mingrui’s room door, and after knocking, he heard footsteps inside.

As soon as Yun Mingrui opened the door, he saw his dad standing at the doorstep, looking very displeased.

"Dad..."

After calling out, he said, "Dad, are you here to ask for my cousins’ phone numbers?"

Yun Hao glanced at his smart son, "You saw your uncle today, any thoughts?"

Yun Mingrui replied earnestly, "It’s not about having many children, but about having quality, about being filial. If they are not filial, it’s better not to have such children at all."

Yun Hao stared at his son, "If one day, your mom and I are lying in hospital beds, if you act like your cousins, I’ll break your legs."

Yun Mingrui’s heart skipped a beat, but without feeling guilty, he seriously answered, "Dad, rest assured, you and mom are more important to than money. Money can be earned again, but so things, once they happen, might not be reversible. Uncle’s cancer, surviving one more day is a bonus."

Yun Hao was satisfied, "Give the phone number, I’ll give them a wake-up call."

Yun Mingrui, knowing his dad was angry, imdiately advised, "Dad, you’ve said it before, if the cow doesn’t want to drink, you can’t force its head down all the ti. My cousins are not kids anymore, their children are even older than Little Xingxing. There are so truths they surely can’t have missed."

Such a simple truth, Yun Hao, a man in his fifties, would surely understand, right?

"I must make this call. I want to see what excuses they have for not even willing to take care of their sick father in bed."

Yun Mingrui also knew that this call had to be made today, as his dad wouldn’t easily let it go. Letting his dad hit a wall might be a good thing.

After getting the phone number, he saw that his dad didn’t leave but imdiately dialed the number.

Without guessing, it’s obvious the cousins would definitely make excuses, claiming there’s an unavoidable reason.

Initially, when both cousins got into university, Uncle bit his teeth and went to the county town to work as a laborer to earn money for their education.

Now they probably wouldn’t rember how hard it was for Uncle back then.

They’re likely fussing over the dical expenses.

Yun Hao first called Yun Mingliang.

Despite it being an unknown number, Yun Mingliang still picked up.

"Yun Mingliang."

Hearing this voice, Yun Mingliang instinctively trembled, even scaring his wife beside him, followed by a burst of shouting.

"Do you know your dad has cancer?"

If Yun Mingliang feared anybody in his life, it was Yun Hao.

Probably none of the Yun Family siblings’ children weren’t scared of Yun Hao.

Because Yun Hao was often cold and stern.

Just one glance from Yun Hao could make them breath nervously in the next mont.

"Uncle..."

Yun Hao said sarcastically, "You still know I’m your uncle? Your dad has cancer, you should know, right? After all, you transferred him to Kyoto for dical expenses, didn’t you? Did you gather enough?"

Beside him, Yun Mingliang’s wife was stunned, wasn’t it agreed that the aunts and uncles would pitch in together? How co it ended up them having to contribute?

"Uncle, I..."

Yun Mingliang, already a father himself, started to stamr being questioned.

"Uncle, wasn’t it agreed that the costs would be split among all families?"

Hearing this, Yun Hao snorted coldly, "Why should we split it evenly? Yun Hai has both sons and daughters, it’s decided then. You pay for the dical expenses yourself. Co to Kyoto with tomorrow, or else take Yun Hai back and let him die."
