In the instant when the blades of the two strongest warriors of their era were about to collide with their full might, a figure suddenly appeared between their weapons.
The abrupt change startled both n, but neither slowed their attacks.
It was already too late.
Their strikes, delivered with everything they had, cannot and could not be stopped.
Boom!!!
A terrifying explosion erupted. The ground cracked open, dirt and debris flew into the air, hurricanes of force swept outward, and waves of energy surged in all directions.
The overwhelming collision distorted the surrounding space, creating cracks of pure blackness that spread like scars in the void.
Farther away, spectators were thrown into chaos by the devastating shockwaves, tumbling over each other. Only a few among them, those who were imnsely strong, managed to resist the impact, their gazes fixed on the epicenter of the clash.
Their eyes were filled with disbelief, as if they were witnessing sothing that defied the laws of the world.
Because standing between the sword and the blade was a lone figure, who, with legs spread wide into a perfect split, had stopped the massive attacks with his bare hands. One hand held back the forceful swing of the giant blade, while the other blocked the piercing thrust of the sword.
This scene was beyond comprehension.
The sheer absurdity of it left every observer trembling with shock and disbelief.
It was an impossible sight.
After all, the two wielders of those weapons were Edward Newgate and Gol D. Roger, the two most powerful individuals to ever sail the seas.
They were the pinnacle of strength, the stuff of legends, rulers whose nas shook the entire world.
To block even one of their full-force attacks would be a feat that would instantly immortalize soone in the annals of history, skyrocketing their bounty past a billion.
Yet now, soone had single-handedly stopped their combined assault.
How could anyone believe their own eyes?
Even the spectators, who couldn’t comprehend the full scope of this power, were left stunned, let alone Whitebeard and Roger, who had delivered the attacks.
The two legends knew their own strength. For soone to block their full-powered strikes required strength beyond imagining.
And this figure had appeared out of nowhere.
What’s more, from his expression, it seed as if even he hadn’t expected to find himself in such a situation.
Yet, in an instant, he had adjusted, reacting with the perfect movents to block the attacks.
This was no ordinary man.
This was a true powerhouse.
Before Whitebeard and Roger could recover from their shock, the man between their blades began to move.
With mysterious energy radiating from his hands, he grabbed both the giant blade and the sword tighter. Then, with a powerful twist of his body, he swung both weapons, and their wielders, around in a circular motion.
In the next mont, he flung them away with incredible force.
Whitebeard and Roger landed so distance away, quickly regaining their footing and turning to face this mysterious figure.
The figure was dressed in silver-white robes that glowed faintly, as if imbued with so unique energy.
He appeared to be in his twenties, with flowing long hair, sharp eyebrows, and eyes as bright as stars. His features were impossibly refined, as though carved by the heavens themselves.
But what stood out most were his eyes.
They seed to hold an entire galaxy within them, dazzling and brilliant yet profoundly mysterious. The light in those eyes swirled and shifted, carrying a charm so unique that it was unforgettable.
Even more striking was his aura, which felt completely out of place in this world. It was as if a celestial being or a god had descended into the mortal realm.
He was soone who, once seen, could never be forgotten.
This was Mochizuki Hui.
At this mont, Hui had activated his Silver Thunder Second Stage and his Celestial Eye, placing himself in an advanced state of power.
Stopping their attacks had not required such a level of effort, but the situation had caught him completely off guard.
With barely any ti to react, he had instinctively entered this heightened state to deal with the imdiate threat.
It couldn’t be helped.
Hui had never expected that his full-powered use of the spatial traversal ability would bring him to such a world.
The absurdity of it made his heart sink.
Although he had only been in this world for a little over ten seconds, Hui already had a clear idea of where he was.
“Who are you?”
A bold and loud voice broke the silence. Hui turned toward the speaker, his gaze calm yet slightly contemplative.
The man who had spoken was Gol D. Roger, the legendary future Pirate King, wielding the courtly sword from earlier.
“With such incredible strength, you couldn’t possibly remain unknown in these seas. And yet, I’ve never seen or heard of you before,” Roger continued, his voice brimming with curiosity as he scrutinized Hui.
“To block both my attack and Roger’s… your strength is terrifying!”
Another voice chid in. This ti, it was Edward Newgate, also known as Whitebeard, the future Emperor of the Seas.
His massive blade rested on his shoulder as he stared at Hui. There was a heaviness in his gaze, tempered by a fierce battle lust.
Whitebeard’s fighting spirit was so intense that it seed as though he was ready to charge forward and challenge Hui to a duel right then and there.
If it were any other ti, perhaps Whitebeard would have been less eager for a fight.
But monts ago, his blood had already been boiling in anticipation of an all-out battle against Roger.
Now, with the sudden appearance of a mysterious figure whose power rivaled their own, how could he possibly hold himself back?
Hui glanced at Whitebeard, noticing the determination in his eyes, and sighed internally.
At the sa ti, a wave of irritation bubbled up inside him.
What he had expected to be an uneventful spatial traversal, at most a brief trip to the moon or the stars, followed by a swift return to Hidden Sage Village, had brought him to this strange yet familiar world.
This left Hui with an unsettling sense of losing control over the situation.
Right now, his thoughts were not about experiencing this world, eting characters from One Piece, or doing anything grand in this realm.
The only thing on his mind was how to return to Hidden Sage Village. How to return to Tsunade.
And if he couldn’t get back…
Suppressing the irritation threatening to consu him, Hui forced himself to calm down.
For now, his priority was to leave this place.
It didn’t matter who Roger or Whitebeard were, or what this world of Pirate Kings and Emperors had to offer.
None of it interested him. He needed to figure out how to get ho first! He had a wedding to attend to and it was his own!!
However, just as Hui prepared to leave, Whitebeard wasn’t having it.
Whitebeard had been ready for a grand, exhilarating battle with Roger to quench his long-standing thirst for a worthy fight. But this mysterious man had interrupted their duel, cutting it short.
And yet, this interruption had sparked an even greater desire within him, a burning need to test himself against this powerful figure.
Now, seeing Hui prepare to leave, Whitebeard couldn’t simply let him go.
"If you’re this powerful, then fight !" Whitebeard bellowed.
In that instant, his Conqueror’s Haki exploded forth.
An overwhelming pressure emanated from his body, shaking the earth beneath him and sending dirt and debris spiraling into the air.
Trees splintered and shattered, and a terrifying shockwave swept across the area. Even the clouds in the sky seed as though they might tear apart.
The mbers of the two pirate crews watching from afar were overwheld by the pressure. Many fainted outright, their bodies unable to withstand the sheer force of Whitebeard’s Haki.
Even those who remained conscious were struggling, their legs trembling as they fought to stay upright. Only a small handful, perhaps a dozen, remained unaffected.
anwhile, Hui, who was the direct target of this pressure, felt his body stiffen.
It was as if his mind had been struck by an invisible force, and his brows furrowed deeply in response.
Conqueror’s Haki, a force that stemd from willpower, can be categorized as a spiritual attack.
After undergoing three transformations, Hui’s ntal strength had far surpassed that of ordinary people, evolving into sothing qualitatively different.
However, the full-powered use of his spatial traversal ability had significantly drained his ntal energy, leaving him with only enough to maintain a “safe” level.
In this slightly weakened state, Whitebeard’s Conqueror’s Haki managed to affect him.
But it was only an effect, nothing more. It wasn’t enough to intimidate or harm Hui.
His frown deepened as he finally spoke his first words in this world.
"I have no interest in playing with you. Don’t force to take action."
The mont those words left his mouth, the entire battlefield seed to fall silent.
Everyone who was still conscious and standing under Whitebeard’s Haki stared at Hui with wide eyes, utterly dumbfounded.
They couldn’t believe what they had just heard, soone had actually said such words to Whitebeard!
Even Whitebeard himself was montarily taken aback.
But then, he laughed, a grin spread across his face.
"Then this Old man will make you play with today!" he roared.
With that, he charged forward, his massive blade Murakumogiri in hand, swinging it down toward Hui with the force of a raging storm.
