Soon, the sun rose, its rays providing so warmth from the cool winter breeze that blew early in the morning.
‘Ugh, so hungry. Huh !, what’s this soft thing on my face,’ Draco questioned after waking up again.
“Is my little Draco awake?” a soft female voice entered his ears.
‘The cat woman that dropped ,’ Draco thought upon seeing her face.
He stared at her nacingly to show his displeasure since he couldn’t move freely, or at least he thought he did.
“Oh my, you're just so cute,” Chise squealed in delight while pulling on his chubby looking face.
“Your scales are so soft, almost like that of a cat's paw. Your ruby red eyes and pointy ears are pretty too. I can tell you will be quite the ladies’ man,” Chise said while inspecting his features more closely.
‘What’s this cat lady saying to a 2-day-old, or was it 3-day-old baby, just feed I am starving,’ Draco pleaded.
Sadly, Chise didn’t get what he ant. Instead, she kept poking around his body, studying his features.
‘Does this woman not know how to take care of a child? Oh my god, am I actually going to die of hunger?’ Draco questioned.
“Waaaaah,” he decided to cry as that seed to be the only way that he could communicate with her.
“Oh my, why is my little Draco crying?” Chise asked, then she began rubbing her cheeks against his to soothe him.
Draco could tell she still didn’t get his aning, so he continued crying to show his discomfort.
‘Is my belly not making growling noises out loud, or am I the only one hearing it?’ Draco began to question.
He assud that a cat woman like her would have keen senses to be able to tell that he was hungry.
“What is wrong?” Chise asked, now panicking as she didn’t know what to do, so she rushed out of the house to see her friend and neighbor nad Rose.
Rose had just given birth about 2 months ago to a daughter who she nad Clair.
Rose was a were-tiger Demi-human with long white hair mixed with black, almost like tiger stripes, a petite pretty face, and cat-like yellow eyes.
Chise securely wrapped the crying Draco in clothing before she left the house.
Knock! Knock!
“Rose, Rose, are you ho?” Chise called out while knocking on the door.
“Who is it so early in the morning?” Rose muttered in displeasure.
The loud knock had woken up Clair, her daughter, who she finally managed to put to sleep.
She had been sleep-deprived due to Clair, her baby, waking up at annoying hours of the night.
“Chise, why are you at my house so early?” Rose asked a bit concerned.
Chise wasn’t really an early riser and had never co to her house so early before, so sothing must have happened, Rose thought.
“Rose, I don’t know what’s wrong, he won’t stop crying,” Chise hurriedly explained while showing her Draco.
“Calm down. Huh, when did you and Mark have a child?” Rose asked.
“I will explain later, what do I do?” Chise asked in a panicked tone, thinking that she must have done sothing wrong.
“Alright, calm down first. There aren’t many things that would make a baby cry,” Rose said in a calm voice.
“First of all, co in,” Rose requested, then she rushed to her room and took her baby, who was crying, from the bed.
Draco stopped crying as that was just wasting his already low energy reserves.
He could only hope that the were-tiger lady nad Rose would give him food.
Rose didn’t have a husband, she had lost him less than a year ago while he went to clear monsters in the surrounding area.
It was a job that normally didn’t have casualties, sadly his team ran into a bloodsaurus.
A bloodsaurus was a red T-Rex-like monster that was quite powerful for experienced adventurers to deal with, much less a novice like her husband.
“I can only think of three things since I am also new to this motherhood thing. He is either hurt, hungry, or soiled himself,” Rose said.
“Ah,” Chise ca to a sudden realization, she hadn’t fed Draco once since she found him.
“Awawawa, what do I do? I don’t have breast milk, what else do babies eat?” Chise asked in a panicked tone.
Thwack!
“Shh, don’t be so loud. I just got her to calm down,” Rose said, while using her free hand to chop Chise on her head.
“Sorry,” Chise muttered apologetically.
“Give him to , I might as well feed him while I feed my daughter,” Rose said.
Chise then handed Draco to Rose, who gently cradled him in her arm along with Clair, and began breastfeeding them.
‘Itadakimasu,’ Draco thought and let his baby instincts lead the way.
“Ah,” Rose suddenly let out an embarrassing moan.
“What’s wrong?” Chise asked, seeing her friend's face turn a bit red.
“He suddenly started sucking quite hard, he must really be hungry,” Rose replied.
“Huh!, oh my,” Chise exclaid, finally understanding what Rose ant.
Draco, on the other hand, was enjoying himself. The hunger had nearly driven him to madness.
‘What is this, the nectar of the gods,’ Draco thought as the breast milk hit his tongue.
This was his first ti tasting breast milk, and it had an addicting flavor that his baby instincts found pleasing.
Sadly, the milk wasn’t coming out fast enough to quench his hunger, so he could only firmly latch onto Rose's breast and try sucking harder.
“Oh my, I think he likes more already, look,” Rose teased Chise, who was staring hard at the children feeding.
“I think so too,” Chise agreed, oblivious that she was being teased.
She could see Draco, who had subconsciously started swaying his tail from side to side in enjoynt.
‘I want to try breastfeeding too,’ Chise thought as she observed.
“Chise, Chise,” Rose called out to Chise, snapping her out of her thoughts.
“Huh, Yea,” Chise replied.
“Will you now tell how this ca to be?” Rose asked, pointing at Draco.
“Oh, sure. It all began this morning ……” Chise proceeded to explain everything to Rose.
She made sure to leave out the part about her almost dropping Draco.
“I see, sounds like sothing Asta would do,” Rose muttered after hearing the story.
“Ha, Ha, Ha,” Chise suddenly laughed out loud.
“What’s funny?” Rose asked in confusion.
“Sorry, it’s just that Mark said the sa thing as you,” Chise replied.
“I see, by the way, do you and Mark plan to use those potions tonight?” Rose teased.
“Stop, not in front of the kids,” Chise shyly replied.
“It’s a serious matter, I don’t mind taking care of him for a few days so you and Mark get to it,” Rose offered, but Chise just covered her ears and closed her eyes in embarrassnt.
Her face turned red as her imagination suddenly started growing wild.
Draco on the other hand wasn’t listening to any of their discussion, he could feel like he was almost full but didn’t want to stop.
He didn’t know when Chise would feed him again; he noticed earlier that she seed to be a bit of an airhead.
