At the end of August, the supermarket in Plane Ti stocked fresh longan. The longan was large and full, and when approached, there was a distinct sweet fragrance. However, the price of longan at this ti was three to four tis the usual, which felt a bit unworthy. Tian Sangsang left the plane and walked into the orchard. These were the longans from her own space, even bigger than those in the supermarket. She picked one, peeled it to reveal flesh as translucent as Lychee.

She picked a basket of longans, all clustered together, and stored them in the storage room.

"The mont we return, even though ti is silent it can bring fear. The withered vines grow new branches, silently brushing past us. In dreams beneath the moonlight by the tower, you stand with the sa tranquil expression. Brush off the snow on our clothes, standing side by side, watching the vast world." Humming a little tune, Tian Sangsang slowly stepped out of the storage room’s door.

Suddenly, her body froze.

Sothing cold climbed up her foot, causing her to stumble and almost scream.

Wha-what is it? Why does it feel like a human hand?

A human? Besides her, a living person, how could there be any other creature in this space?

The scent of blood lingered at the tip of Tian Sangsang’s nose. She took a deep breath and, with a hint of fear, looked down.

On the ground, by her feet, lay a woman dressed in dark clothing. A pale hand was clutching her pants hem.

Seeing her gaze, the woman on the ground blinked with her bright eyes, with a faint moistness at the corner.

The woman propped up a bloodstained sword, slowly standing up from the ground. Her black clothes, stained with blood, appeared even darker.

Only then did Tian Sangsang see her face clearly. She had an extrely delicate appearance, what modern people would consider as ethereal; her skin was very white, a pale white, and her expression was chillingly cold. Only her eyes held a trace of warmth, bright and alluring, like autumn waves gently flowing.

Clad in flowing dark clothes, even though there was no wind, she gave off an ethereal feeling, and even her waterfall-like black hair swayed slightly.

This woman was so beautiful. She pressed her pale lips together, then suddenly knelt on one knee and said to Tian Sangsang, "Master."

Master. Two light words burned deeply into Tian Sangsang’s mind. It felt like she had heard these words sowhere before. Right, the plane novel she read that day—"Ancient Princess in Modern Tis: The Flirtatious Culinary Movie Queen"!

Examining her closely, Tian Sangsang gasped softly, "You, Guan Kunling?"

"Yes." The woman’s weary eyes suddenly sparkled, looking at Tian Sangsang as if she possessed the entire world. "Yes, my master. I am Kunling. Your Kunling."

"What do you an your, my? You’re not mine. Please stand up." Tian Sangsang’s mind was in turmoil. How on earth did a character from a plane novel appear in her space? It was terrifying. It scared her so much that she wouldn’t dare read another novel. If she read "Post-Apocalyptic: Seven Babies on One Birth", and zombies popped out like Guan Kunling, could she still live?

For a mont, Guan Kunling felt hurt by her words, but she dutifully stood up.

"How did you co out from there?" Tian Sangsang looked at the screen floating in mid-air, asking.

Guan Kunling followed her gaze and then locked eyes firmly with Tian Sangsang, her thin lips parting slightly: "This subordinate is devoted to the master and cannot bear to be separated. Although I don’t know how I ca here, it might be heaven’s will. As long as the master is alive, it’s heaven’s wish to give this subordinate a chance to protect the master once more, to shield the master in tis of peril."

"Fear not, master." Guan Kunling lifted her long sword, crossing it in the air, "Kunling will pledge undying loyalty to the master. Heaven can bear witness. I don’t ask to live and die on the sa year, month, or day as the master, but even if Kunling dies, I will not let harm co to the master."

Listening to her earnest words, every sentence ntioning "master", Tian Sangsang raised her eyelids slightly, "What master? I am...I am a princess, you know."

"Princess." Guan Kunling’s attitude was respectful, her gaze blazing. "What are your orders?"

"Um, Kunling, I’ve heard of you. But I truly am not your master, shouldn’t you be heading back? You can find your real master. You can enjoy your true fate, you were supposed to be a movie queen, marrying a tall, rich, and handso guy! And , I’m just an ordinary person, there’s nothing worth your following. You’ve co to the wrong place."

"Master, have I done sothing wrong to make you angry? Kunling once swore by the moon, never to betray the master in this life." Guan Kunling lifted her pale face to look at her, her eyes displaying a forced strength mixed with vulnerability.

"Open your eyes wide and look carefully, your feelings were misplaced, look at ..." Tian Sangsang extended her half-blackened fingers to point at her own face: "Do I look like your master, Tian Sijin?"

Guan Kunling nodded, "Not just like, it is her. Even if the master were reduced to ashes, Kunling would recognize her,"

"Oh my gosh!" Tian Sangsang massaged her forehead, exclaiming towards the sky, "This world is too fantastical. Space, please fix this bug, you’re making feel very unsafe. Soone randomly pops up, how am I supposed to send her back? And she’s an assassin! Calls master! Which blind eye could possibly see as her master!" Tian Sangsang had seen the appearance of the master Tian Sijin in the novel, she was like a vibrant spring peach and plum tree, even radiant that pearls could not overshadow her brilliance.

She was a woman as beautiful as you could find, hardly resembling Tian Sangsang at all. They were worlds apart.

Seeing Tian Sangsang restlessly anxious, a faint smile appeared in Guan Kunling’s cold eyes. The forr master was excluded from royalty for being too fat, too skinny, and was always feeling blue. Because she was too ugly, it was an era that appreciated plumpness. Later she followed the master, step by step helping her win the kingdom, while the reigning body didn’t accept her, and she was still in danger. Especially with the prince-in-law’s family having treacherous intentions, attempting rebellion. The master was soone who didn’t show emotions, when they two were together, they hardly spoke unless for tasks. But the present master made her feel alive, with passion, every movent, even her eyebrows, was full of emotion. The master finally beca so beautiful, she should be exceedingly happy for realizing her dream.

Tian Sangsang, after venting, her mind quickly spinning. That day, the Plane Ti unexpectedly froze, and today, the female protagonist of the frozen novel popped into her space, recognizing her as master. At a glance, this assassin seed near-sighted. Or else, with normal vision, she shouldn’t call her master.

She admitted she had beco slimr and fairer during this ti, but still couldn’t shake off this label: an eyesore.

There’s another possibility, the other party’s affection for her master wasn’t genuine, so they casually recognized others as master, she must have her own purpose. She’s an assassin, with a sword in hand.

This, is a dangerous creature.

Must be cautious. Foremost, she must send her back to her own ti-space.
