For the ti being I went back to where the carriage was parked, then thought about what I should do in my mind.

They were talking about leaving right before the closing of the gates. Theres only a small amount of ti left before that happens.

They were supposed to leave during the night, because at that ti the gatekeepers would be more lax.

If the axle is loose, the carriage wont be able to run for a long ti, and they will definitely notice this malfunction.
