The two elderly people followed Fang Pingying ho. Granny Zhou was sowhat better; she had visited Fang Pingying’s ho a few tis before, but for Mr. Zhou, it was his first ti entering the city, and his first sighting of such a nice house like Fang Pingying’s.
The snowy white walls and the floor cleaner than their village’s kitchen, to put it bluntly, even the bathroom was cleaner than where they lived in the village; he genuinely felt restrained.
Wherever he stood or sat, he felt like he might dirty these things.
Mr. Zhou had only sat on the sofa in Fang Pingying’s ho for a while before feeling completely out of sorts.

On this end, Zhou Xiaoyan, hearing that hospitalization would require a month, exclaid, "A month?"
At this ti, even the poorer guesthouses cost US$ 60 per night. For a month or so, that would be US$ 60. In the countryside, US$ 60 could feed a family for several months.
Li Yuchun nodded in agreent, "That’s right, think about how much money you would spend if you kept staying at the guesthouse."
However, Li Yuchun was still a contemporary and understood their thoughts. After considering for a mont, she ca up with an idea, "In this case, if you find it inconvenient here, you can temporarily stay at my place. We’ve been staying here with Haohao anyway, and that house is empty."
Zhou Xiaoyan was taken aback, "Just us stay at your place?"
Li Yuchun nodded in affirmation, and even gave her the address of her ho, finally telling her, "Everything is there, and your family of three can fit. Although the house is old, it’s still better than a guesthouse."

Fang Pingying was still imrsed in the mories of Luo Zhiyong’s leg injury and recuperation at ho.
Actually, that period should have been their sweetest ti, newlyweds and early affection blooming. Although there were so worriso matters at ho, compared to now, those were nothing really.
Ti flies so fast; in the blink of an eye, two years had passed, and she and Luo Zhiyong went from such intimacy to what they are now!
If she had known that reliving her life would still lead to this outco, she didn’t know if she would still choose to marry him?

Seeing that Fang Pingying didn’t respond after calling her several tis, Li Yuchun pushed her gently and said, "What are you thinking about?"

And because Zhou Guangsheng saved Bai Jing, Fang Xiu always felt uneasy, always thinking that Zhou Guangsheng still had feelings for Bai Jing.
After all, Zhou Guangsheng had loved Bai Jing so deeply in the past, even doing so much before Bai Jing’s wedding, and Zhou Guangsheng cherished her in his palm. Yet, she never received such treatnt from Zhou Guangsheng. She felt Zhou Guangsheng probably didn’t love her, and out of helplessness, needed to marry a wife, so he just made do with her.
Therefore, since Zhou Guangsheng’s situation stabilized, she never went to the hospital again, and even after Zhou Guangsheng was discharged, she didn’t co back to see him. She has been staying at the store and didn’t co back.
As for their marriage, Fang Xiu never ntioned it, acting as if it never happened.
On Zhou Guangsheng’s side, when he left the hospital, his leg injury was more severe than they originally thought; his leg had no sensation, as if it was useless, and although the doctor said it requires a slow recovery and will improve, just this situation alone made it difficult for Zhou Guangsheng to accept. He appeared utterly defeated and exceedingly despondent.
He had lost confidence in himself and consequently beca extrely pessimistic. He felt he was now a cripple and wouldn’t be able to trouble the army in the future, so he must leave the service. But after retiring, he had no clue what’s best to do. Even if he wanted to do sothing, in his current condition, he was incapable.
The Zhou Family, including the Fang Family, were all clouded with worry about this matter, not knowing how to resolve it.
One day, while Fang Pingying was doing the accounts in the store, she rembered that she hadn’t visited Zhou Guangsheng for several days. She asked Yu’er to pack so snacks, planning to carry them over to see Zhou Guangsheng.
