Lu Yichen carried their things from the car, closed the trunk, and then walked over, “Hello, ntor’s wife, hello, Auntie.”
Feng Shumin smiled, “Good, good, good, co in and warm up in the house.”
Auntie Qiu had been watching Lu Yichen and asked Luo Qiao in a low voice, “Is this your significant other?”

Luo Qiao couldn’t help smiling while Feng Shulan comnted sourly, “As if Qiaoqiao hasn’t given you tea before.”
Yang Jiancheng, with tea in hand, responded, “Being jealous won’t help, you don’t even like drinking tea.”
Luo Qiao chuckled as she watched the couple teasing each other and said, “ntor’s wife, I’ve also prepared a special gift for you today.”
Pulling out a box from the gifts she brought, she placed it on the table and opened it, “Do you like it?”
Feng Shumin looked at the cream cake sitting on the table, “Where is this from?”
Luo Qiao replied with a mysterious smile, “Guess?”
Luo Qiao had once heard Feng Shumin ntion that she liked cream cakes, and this was the masterpiece of Luo Qiao’s previous night’s efforts.
Feng Shumin looked up with tears in her eyes, “You didn’t make this yourself, did you?”
Luo Qiao said with a smile, “I’ll get a plate, and you can tell if it tastes just like the one in your mory.”
Lu Yichen quickly stood up, “You sit, I’ll get them.”
Luo Qiao replied, “Bring four sets over.”
Feng Shumin looked at Luo Qiao, “Qiaoqiao, did you really make this?”
Luo Qiao laughed, “Yes, you ntioned wanting to eat one last ti, so I did so research and tried a few tis before I got it right.”
In her previous life, she had formally learned to make Western-style pastries and had made them many tis by hand, so these things truly weren’t difficult for her.
The only difference now was that she didn’t have access to the convenient materials from the future, using flour instead, which undoubtedly didn’t match the delicateness of cake flour.
When Lu Yichen brought over the plates, Luo Qiao first cut a piece for her ntor’s wife and passed it to her, “ntor’s wife, try it and see if it brings back mories of those days.”

With one bite, mories flooded back, and he couldn’t help but tear up, exchanging smiles with his wife. Both had laughter in their eyes, yet one was teary-eyed, and the other’s eyes brimd with tears.
Luo Qiao involuntarily turned to look at Lu Yichen, and just as they locked eyes, they both began to smile.
