Lu Yichen was so busy that he hadn’t been ho for three days.
Luo Qiao was off this day: "Auntie, let’s have dumplings today. I’ll take so to Brother Chen. He hasn’t co ho in three days."
Rong Daniang smiled and said, "Sure, let’s make two kinds of fillings today. The beef delivered this morning is very fresh."

Luo Qiao went upstairs and walked straight to Lu Yichen’s office, gently knocking on the door. A magnetic voice ca from inside: "Please co in."
Luo Qiao pushed open the door and saw others inside: "Am I interrupting you all?"
When they saw it was the director’s wife, they all stood up, and soone glanced at their watch: "Hey, it’s already noon. Sister-in-law, please co in."
Lu Yichen got up and ca out: "You finally have a day off, and you put in so much effort. There’s a cafeteria here, I won’t go hungry."
Though he complained, his heart was overflowing with sweetness as he reached out to take the food and bag from Luo Qiao.
The people in the office were tactful, exchanging a few pleasantries with Luo Qiao before they prepared to leave.
Luo Qiao spoke up: "We made dumplings at ho, and I brought quite a bit. Why don’t you take a few boxes to try?"
She quickly pulled three boxes of dumplings from the bag and handed them out.
The people felt a bit embarrassed, smiling as they looked at Lu Yichen.
Lu Yichen waved his hand: "Your sister-in-law is giving them to you, take them. We’ll continue discussing after lunch."
With a cheer, they accepted the food boxes, expressed their thanks, and left.
Luo Qiao took out the dishes from the insulated container, then pulled out a box of dumplings: "Quick, wash your hands and co eat."
Lu Yichen planted a quick kiss on Luo Qiao’s forehead and, without waiting for her to speak, quickly went to wash his hands, a satisfied smile on his face.

Luo Qiao didn’t ask about his work, just kept urging him to eat more.
While eating, Lu Yichen said, "Eat with ."
Luo Qiao didn’t reply, instead taking his cup and getting up to fill it with water: "Soup is hard to bring, so just drink so water."
Lu Yichen nodded: "Having good food is enough; soup isn’t necessary. Water will do."
He said, feeding a dumpling to Luo Qiao, watching her eat with a big smile.
After Luo Qiao finished, she said: "Don’t worry about , just eat yourself."
Seeing him finish one box of dumplings, she took out another box: "Eat slowly; I brought enough."
Thankfully, there were enough boxes at ho, or it would have been difficult to bring them.
When Lu Yichen was full, there was still one box of dumplings left. Right then, Qiu Guangming walked in and saw Luo Qiao: "Sister-in-law is here, what delicious things have you brought the director this ti?"

Qiu Guangming swallowed the dumpling in his mouth: "I haven’t eaten for two als, this really slls good."
Seeing the water placed next to his hand: "Thank you, Sister-in-law."
