After Lu Yichen left, the ho returned to its original state, with He Qing responsible for picking up Yanyan and Yueyue, then going to help out at the tea shop in front.
The household chores were all being done by two helpers, with Elder Rong taking care of the vegetable patch behind the house and looking after the three little ones every day.
The tea shop was doing quite well; aside from covering the household expenses, the helpers’ and He Qing’s salaries, there was still a good amount left over. Wei Jun’s salary was now paid by Yipin Overseas Company.
Lu Yichen called from Washington, saying that this study and exchange program was fully enclosed, so they couldn’t et for three months. He would call ho and asked the family not to worry.
He also said that once the three months were over, they would return to China together.
Afterwards, Luo Qiao also got busy. Four months later, she stopped running back ho in the mornings and afternoons, only coming back at noon.

Luo Qiao nodded with a smile: “My husband’s exchange in Washington has ended, and he is also returning. We’ve been abroad for a year and a half; coincidentally, a friend of mine is getting married on May Day. I took a few days off to go back with the kids and have a look.”
Right then, the four-year-old Yanyan and Yueyue ca downstairs; “Mom, our little backpacks are ready.”
Luo Qiao waved them over: “We have guests at ho, co and et them.”
The two children placed their small backpacks down and walked over, politely saying, “Hello, Uncle, Auntie.”
He Rui looked puzzled: “Didn’t you say you were still breastfeeding? What’s this?”
Luo Qiao laughed: “These two are my daughters, born to . Upstairs, there are the other three smaller ones, who were born here in Arica.”
He Rui was stunned, and after a while, she reacted: “My God, you have five children?”
Luo Qiao nodded: “The first birth was two daughters, then after coming to Arica, I found out I was pregnant. What else could I do? Just went ahead and had them.”
He Rui didn’t know what to say, just muttered quietly: “What about the children’s household registration then?”
Luo Qiao gave a mysterious smile: “Naturally, I could only give birth because I had a birth permit.”
Zhang Jing pulled He Rui, signaling her to gossip less. If they had a way, would they dare to bring the kids back to the country so openly?
Initially, Luo Qiao wanted to invite the two to stay for dinner, but they said they had made plans with soone else and didn’t want to keep them waiting too long.
Regarding the money they returned, Luo Qiao ntioned she wasn’t in a hurry to use it, suggesting they take their ti repaying when they are more financially comfortable. They noted they had kept so money for living expenses, so she didn’t press them.
When they left, Luo Qiao gave them so Chinese snacks made by Rong Daniang. Perhaps they had been away from ho for too long and missed it, they accepted without refusal and thanked her before departing together.

The next day, after breakfast, the vehicle that was picking them up arrived. They chose a minibus for a more comfortable ride.
Today they would go to New York and then fly to San Francisco, rest there for a night, and fly back to China the next day.
In the past few days, they received news from China; Luo Xuyuan, her second older brother, had arranged soone to clean out the courtyard and had the bedding aired.
It had been over a year since they last flew, and both Yanyan and Yueyue turned into curious babies again. However, the two children were very well-behaved and did not disturb anyone.
They finally arrived in San Francisco after six in the evening. They found a nice hotel, checked in, requested[]{#anchor-1} one king room and one suite.
Luo Qiao and her husband, with the five children, stayed in the suite, and Elder Rong and Rong Daniang in the other room. Dinner was brought back by Lu Yichen, and after everyone had washed up, they rested early.
The next day, after breakfast, the family packed up and rushed to the airport.
