Regarding the land use issue of Moon Lake Bay, we should consider it carefully. I propose that we designate Moon Lake Bay as a land for tourism developnt and cancel the previous residential land designation.”
At the side, Liu Sicun echoed, “Secretary Zhang is too modest. This is hardly the opinion of a layman. I see this as an excellent suggestion that complents the advantages of Wanghai City’s tourism industry.”
Liu Sicun did not hesitate to flatter, unabashedly and without any embarrassnt, viewing Zhang Zusi as if he were a provincial party committee leader.
The goal was to create an atmosphere in the standing committee that the overall course of action had been decided. All the standing committee present were cunning individuals who generally moved in the direction of the overall situation. Once a suppressive atmosphere around the Moon Lake Bay issue was ford, Nie Zhenbang would be helpless.

Developing tourism just for this small resource doesn’t seem appropriate, it’s worth reconsidering,” Nie Zhenbang spoke eloquently.
He conducted a detailed analysis of the distribution of tourism resources in WangHai City, the layout of resources, and the mindset of tourists. His speech made many committee mbers nod their heads in agreent.
Nie Zhenbang was not just backed by powerful forces, his capabilities were certainly impressive. His analytical competence was not sothing that ordinary officials could achieve. This statent shocked all the committee mbers. Openly raising an objection was unusual in the Standing Committee etings. Doing so would be akin to burning bridges. Moreover, if news of this spread, Nie Zhenbang would inevitably bear so responsibility for causing disunity within the team.
