From the other end of the line, Xiao Shanming’s respectful voice ca: “Mayor, how do you do?”
Hearing Xiao Shanming’s voice, Nie Zhenbang paused before slowly saying, “Director Xiao, there seems to be so work pending in terms of security operation in the city. Many citizens have complained about the roaring engines at night. The street racers in Wanghai City are becoming too audacious. People are even afraid to venture out at night. I suggest that your Bureau start cracking down on this illegal car racing so that the citizens can have a peaceful night.”
