’Alwin went through so much again.’
Arabella felt bad that he had to be the one sacrificing his safety to achieve their goals.
But she had no knowledge of magic whatsoever so she would only be an impedint, so it was better to leave it to him.
"Do you an that entity again?" she inquired.
"Yes. Who else? He was against you getting revived. He must have assigned so of his servants to keep a close eye on our actions. But it was weird that he was paying too much attention to us like he had a grudge or sothing. Have you ever disrespected him before?"
"? No way! I only learned about his existence recently. Why would I be disrespecting him? I’m not that much of an idiot. I won’t do such a thing. I would never dare offend a deity," Arabella defended herself.
Unless it was soone from the reincarnations before her, maybe soone among them was the one who offended him.
’But from my dreams, I don’t recall them ever disrespecting a deity.’
"Then why does he keep getting in our way?" Alwin wondered out loud.
"Maybe he was furious with the other deities for allowing us this chance to live again. But is venting it out on us?" Arabella guessed.
"That could also be true. Maybe, he had soone they did not allow to be given a chance so he didn’t want us getting it when he couldn’t," Alwin supposed.
"Yes, that’s also possible," Arabella agreed. There was a wide range of possibilities that it was hard to point out what could be the reason. "Did you not get any of our attempts to communicate with you?"
"No. I didn’t get a single ssage. But after a while, I suddenly recovered so mories from the past and learned that everyone tried to communicate with back then, but none succeeded after so long, so they were about to send Raymond to find . So, I tried to return as soon as possible after that."
Alwin explained that it must have been because of the barriers protecting Umbra from outsiders. Or it was that entity toying with them again.
’I see. No wonder there was no reply. It ant my attempts to contact Ferdinand were not working as well.’
"Now then, how are we going to convince her to go ho?" Alwin referred to Evania.
It dragged Arabella back to the present.
"First of all, she needed to be attracted to those two so her attention to you could be diverted to them. We need to find a way to make their eting seem romantic and accidental."
Arabella was beginning to have ideas. Plotting seems to have beco ingrained in her.
"Why do we have to go through that much trouble?"
Alwin was feeling lazy because he hadn’t had rest yet.
"So, she wouldn’t insist on staying here so she could keep gazing at you every single day."
Arabella reminded Alwin that the longer Evania was here, the longer soone would keep stalking him.
"Right," he said in distaste. It was botherso for him to be followed around.
Darcus and Orpheus would be furious if he they witnessed this.
"Don’t worry. You may rest after the al. Leave this to and Riley. Ah, and of course, the two guests," Arabella smirked.
"No. I’ll be with you. Who knows what you are plotting again with that smirk on your face," Alwin was into overworking himself.
"Geez. I was very much behaved when you were gone, you know. I was with Ferdinand every single day. If I wasn’t, I was working hard with all the docunts I have to do," she pointed out.
"Really?"
"Yes. They were so worried about you, you know. Ferdinand and Raymond stayed in ditation for more than two weeks, trying to search for you. Until Ferdinand decided to go find you in Umbra."
She felt like she had to enlighten him.
[They did?!]
Alwin was happy about it. But he reverted the topic to Evania because he didn’t want to stay on a topic that embarrassed him.
"What are you planning to do?"
"Tonight is a full moon. I will have tea in the flower garden to watch the stars and have Renee be the maid to serve . I will ask her to retrieve a coat for and then dismiss her for the day. And once she was on the way back to her room, we would have her et them ’accidentally’ in a beautiful spot in the garden," Arabella rubbed her hands together.
"And how is that romantic?" Alwin didn’t understand.
"Geez. It was nightti. It was silent. But the moon and the stars were bright out there. There are flowers everywhere. And she would suddenly encounter such gorgeous beings when she least expected it," Arabella pointed out.
"I see," Alwin nodded his head, understanding Renee’s obsession with beauty.
[She just thought about that on the spot.]
"Then we will have her trip or sothing so one or both will catch her. Then you will make the wind blow to carry flower petals and let so colorful leaves fall. She had never experienced sothing sweet or romantic in the lives she lived here so it might shake her heart," Arabella added.
She ignored the look Alwin was giving her for coming up with sothing like this.
"Darcus and Orpheus would not like the tripping part, but they would catch her anyway. We need to warn them though so they won’t prevent her from tripping, but catch her instead after she had already tripped," Alwin agreed to the plan.
"Yes, exactly. We must make them have such encounters first before making them et officially so once we tell her the truth, she has already taken a liking to them."
Arabella felt bad that they had to manipulate Evania like this. But they had to if they wanted her to leave and not cause them massive trouble.
"She might rember them upon seeing them for the first ti so let’s indeed try that tonight."
With that, their first plot to make Renee like her forr fiancé and lover was set for tonight.
When the food arrived, Arabella headed to her study so Alwin and their guests could eat as they pleased.
Alwin would be the one to explain the plan to Darcus and Orpheus.
