In a spacious hall spanning over a hundred square feet, lavishly furnished, several Fifth Order Fire Flamingos’ Dark Pills emitted bright light, with a carpet woven from Golden Silkworm Silk stretching outwards, ending at a Lord’s seat made from Vesu Volcano Jade.

Sitting on it was a tall nobleman about seven yards high, with a domineering aura. He was intently watching a few Dancing Girls dancing gracefully in the middle of the hall.

The diversely colored Dancing Girls from Alien Races swayed their enchanting figures, singing gracefully and casting flirtatious glances towards the noble man on the Lord’s seat.

The noble man had a look of indulgence in wine and beauty, and the butler of Viscount Mansion gently reminded him, "Viscount, there is a rcenary nad Black Tiger asking for an audience outside."

"rcenary, filthy mongrels, drive him away. In my lord’s territory, I won’t allow that bunch of barbarians," Viscount Mo’er was around forty years old. Unlike the hereditary nobles commonly seen in the Empire, the title of Viscount in Mo’er Viscount Mansion was only in its second generation.

The father of Viscount Mo’er was a lucky hunter, who during a winter hunt of the Empire one year, attracted the previous Emperor Long Teng the 36th by unexpectedly discovering a Unicorn, and pursued it alone, straying from the Dragon Rider Team and Imperial Guard.

During the pursuit of the Unicorn, Long Teng the 36th was nearly killed by a group of Unicorns, thankfully at that ti Viscount Mo’er’s father was hunting nearby.

Old Moore was an expert in archery, and in a critical mont, he shot and wounded the leading Unicorn King, thus saving Long Teng the 36th.

Long Teng the 36th, to express his gratitude for saving his life, appointed Old Moore as a Viscount and granted him Bailu County as his feudal territory.

As they say, when one man gains the Tao, his chicken and dogs ascend to heaven—the fate of Viscount Mo’er changed as well.

After inheriting the title not long after, Old Moore passed away, and as his only son, Hunter Little Moore naturally succeeded the Viscount title.

However, by that ti Viscount Mo’er was already twenty-seven or twenty-eight years old. Compared to the seasoned nobles of Wo Hua Imperial City, he ca from a low background and was crude in manners, not even knowing the basic etiquette of nobility; his speech and behavior were rude and he acted in a dissolute manner, naturally, he was ostracized by people in the Imperial City.

In the Imperial City, apart from the naturally unconventional Blood Sakura Grand Duke Yue Nian, there was almost no one willing to associate with him. After muddling through in the Imperial City for seven or eight years, knowing that he could not integrate into the high society of the Imperial City, he simply went to his own feudal territory, Bailu County, and beca an emperor on his own soil, neighboring Fengdan County.

In earlier years, when Grand Duke Blood Sakura Yue Nian had not yet disappeared, Viscount Mo’er put on an appearance of a good neighbor, sending so specialties and even part of the land to Fengdan County every year. But once the Duke Mansion fell from grace, he imdiately showed his hideous true colors, wishing he could swallow the entirety of Fengdan County.

"Viscount, that man ca from Fengdan County, he said he has discovered a great secret about Fengdan County," the butler whispered into Viscount Mo’er’s ear.

Viscount Mo’er had been coveting Fengdan County for a long ti, but he had never found the right excuse to swallow the Duke Mansion’s feudal territory. A few days earlier, a group of family mbers of the County Guards from Bailu County, accompanied by a group of Spirit Snow Leopards, had raided into Fengdan County.

This raid was also with the silent consent of Viscount Mo’er, intending to let the Spirit Snow Leopards clean out the old, weak, sick, and disabled of Fengdan County.

Who could have known that halfway through, it was heard that a noble youth erged, and this young man claid to be the Young Lord of Fengdan County.

The Young Lord of Fengdan County, wasn’t that the young lord of Duke Mansion.

Although the Duke Blood Sakura Mansion has now declined, a cals remains bigger than a horse when dead; Duke Mansion, unlike Viscount Mansion, was an old noble family with deep roots, and its ancestors were founders of the Dragon War Empire.

Yue Minzhi himself is one of the Reserve Camp mbers of the Dragon Rider Camp, and if he passes the assessnt of the Dragon Rider Camp next sumr, he is likely to beco an Official Camp mber. At that ti, the Duke Mansion might rise to power once again.

It was this consideration that made Viscount Mo’er refrain from imdiately sending troops to flatten Fengdan County.

But as he was undecided, a remark from the old butler reminded him, "Why would the young lord go to Fengdan County? He is bankrupt and left the Imperial City unauthorized, which could lead to interrogation by the Ministry of Revenue."

Viscount Mo’er also harbored so doubts and thus decided not to act rashly, sending his spies back to the Imperial City to check if Yue Minzhi was still there. Should Yue Minzhi not be present in the Imperial City, it would be terrific news indeed. He could use the excuse of apprehending a major criminal impersonating a Lord to invade Fengdan County, and then take the opportunity to take control of Fengdan County.

Thinking of the vast snowfields of Fengdan County and its geographical position as the only shortcut to the Imperial City, Viscount Mo’er viciously bit into the fatty at on his table. The spies had not yet returned, a rcenary from Fengdan County?

Viscount Mo’er’s greedy eyes flickered, "Let him in."

The Black-bearded rcenary walked into Mo’er Viscount Mansion in a state of shock. That day, after barely escaping death from Fengdan County, he imdiately fled to Bailu County.

After confirming that the Lord Mansion had no young and beautiful Female Alchemy, the Black-bearded rcenary instantly determined that he was duped by the two seemingly harmless girls; he even suspected that the two girls were from Fengdan County.

After weighing it for a while, the Black-bearded rcenary could not resist the lure of money and ca to Mo’er Viscount Mansion with this secret he believed would bring him wealth and power.

"Honorable Viscount, I am a Two-star rcenary under the Furious Peak rcenary Group, nad Hei Hu," the Black-bearded man declared loudly his identity.

Furious Peak rcenary Group, a minor rcenary group that couldn’t even be considered third-rate.

Viscount Mo’er didn’t even bother to lift his eyelids more than necessary, his old butler eagerly spoke up: "What’s this secret about Fengdan County you ntioned?"

"A month ago, I received a mission to enter Fengdan County in search of a herb called Five-Colored Herb," the Black-bearded man stole a glance at Viscount Mo’er, noticing his irritated frown, hurriedly continued: "I didn’t find the Five-Colored Herb, but I discovered an incredibly precious mineral deposit, a deposit that could change the fate of the entire Fengdan County."

Viscount Mo’er’s eyes suddenly snapped open, his greedy gaze fixated on the Black-bearded man, "Continue."

The Black-bearded man, sensing his chance, eagerly spilled everything about the Blue Snow he discovered that day and the mid-way attack by two mysterious breathtakingly beautiful girls.

Snow that can burn for heat, replacing Dark Pill? And two gorgeous won? Viscount Mo’er’s eyes lit up imdiately.

Just then, a man resembling a soldier quickly approached the butler, whispering sothing in his ear.

After listening, the butler whispered into Viscount Mo’er’s ear: "Yue Minzhi has been in the Imperial City all along, he never left."

"Truly a blessing for Bailu County," after hearing the secret of the Blue Snow from the Black-bearded man, Viscount Mo’er laughed heartily: "Soone, secretly mobilize the military forces. In three days, I, the Lord, will act on behalf of the Duke Mansion to capture the fake Lord."
