4th - Ra / Chaos / Abzug / Olorum / Pangu / Ahura-Mazda.
5th - Samsara (personification of the path of reincarnation) / Ahriman / Zurvan.
6th - Enlil/ Enki / Gaia / Izanagi / Izanami.
