In the instant Shi Lingyan saw her, his heart seed to be put back in place, and without even realizing it, he let out a quiet sigh of relief.
Thankfully, she wasn’t lost.
Seeing Shi i, Aunt Chen’s tears stopped suddenly.
Listening to the faint, light snoring, Aunt Chen approached with a mix of annoyance and amusent, calling her, "Young mistress!"
"Hmmuh ..." Shi i grumbled, frowning and waving her hand, comfortably turning over.
Elder Shi also eased his mind, thudding his cane, "Sleeping in the wardrobe, what kind of behavior is that!"
The old man’s voice was full of authority, tinged with displeasure.
But his voice was much softer than before, for fear of waking her.
Elder Shi nudged his grandson, "Pick her up and put her to bed."
Shi Lingyan’s eyelid twitched, "?"
