Unhappy?
Everyone beca even more unhappy at once, looking at Shi i’s exquisite face, feeling even more discontent.
Everyone was there to practice dance, and no one would put anything on their faces, let alone makeup. But Shi i’s face was radiant and moving, delicate and clean like it was polished.
All being won, it was impossible to say they weren’t envious.
Hearing her say this, their hostility towards her undoubtedly deepened.
Tu Xing said, "So what do you an by that, are you going to accept the challenge or not?"
"I won’t," Shi i said softly, "There’s no benefit in accepting."
The crowd buzzed.
Not accepting?
"Isn’t that blatantly saying there’s sothing fishy going on?"
"Even Tu Min could be defeated, your strength must be strong. Now you won’t even accept such a simple challenge, could it be that you really entered through unspoken rules?"
"Haha, there are always a few every year, it’s just that I didn’t expect this year’s to be so arrogant!"
...
"Silence!" The teacher clapped and said impatiently, "What insider’s ga are you talking about? You’re here to act like you’re on TV, just learning to dance and still playing with unspoken rules?"
"But teacher, you know who Tu Min is, the many awards she’s received are enough to prove her strength. Now we just want to challenge the person who defeated Tu Min, is that too much?"
"It’s not too much. Everyone has a desire to win, it’s good to have a competition with Shi, it helps everyone improve!"
They argued back and forth, sowhat relentless.
The teacher also beca a bit impatient, looking at Shi i, he said, "Why don’t you compete with them?"
Shi i grunted and finally agreed.
Dongfang Xuanya looked at the whispering won around her, and no matter how she looked, she felt uneasy. She quietly moved closer to Shi i and said, "Are you really going to compete with them? It’s so annoying, I told them you didn’t want to compete, and they still said such nasty things."
She paused, seeing that Shi i did not say anything, asked softly, "But why don’t you want to compete with them? Could it be..."
Sothing fishy?
Dongfang Xuanya didn’t finish her sentence, but Shi i already understood what she ant.
With a smile that was not quite a smile, Shi i said, "I just don’t like being forced to do things."
Dongfang Xuanya understood, nodding in agreent, but then she quickly asked, "What about now?"
"They’re too annoying!" Shi i waved her hand and then got up to stretch a bit, asking them, "How do you want to compete?"
"Anything goes as long as it proves your strength," said Tu Xing with her arms crossed, not looking too friendly.
Watching this scene, Dongfang Xuanya silently thought that this must be the atmosphere famously described as ’drawing swords and bending bows.’
How exciting!
Shi i raised an eyebrow, "That’s too vague, and moreover, you guys ganging up on , aren’t you going to offer a prize?"
Dongfang Xuanya asked, "What’s a prize?"
"It’s a reward, or a wager," Shi i said.
"Oh, I see," Dongfang Xuanya nodded and then said, "I’ll place a wager then. I bet you’ll win. Should we bet money?"
"I don’t need money, let’s play for sothing else," Shi i looked at Tu Xing who was leading the group, "What can you offer if I win?"
