In the end, we—well, maybe it was really just —chose to do the photoshoot in a simple studio. It wasn’t completely empty, since there were still so props like flowers and fake plants, but it wasn’t as crowded as the other rooms.
Just like the staff had said, we could use all kinds of fun props as complents to our photos, but I didn’t expect that it would actually be this fun!
Most of the ti, whenever I do a photoshoot, I usually feel pressured and a little stressed because I’m afraid I won’t perform well. But this ti, I just went with the flow and enjoyed everything.
I pressed my cheek against my husband’s, smiling widely as I bit into a big rainbow lollipop. The cara flashes went off several tis, and sotis the photographer would suggest poses for us to try, but none of that made stressed at all.
This wedding photoshoot turned out to be my favorite session ever!
In so photos, we blew bubbles together. In others, we ate lollipops and cotton candy. We also did so soft romantic poses, like kissing each other’s cheeks.
But the last pose didn’t seem to end well, because the lipstick I was wearing left stains on his skin. In the end, I turned that little mistake into one of our best pictures.
"Don’t move," I told Lando as I kissed his cheeks again and again, even near the corner of his lips. "There you go! Now you really look like soone who is deeply loved by his wife!"
On the other hand, Lando took a few deep breaths and looked a bit dazed most of the ti, probably because I teased him too much.
"This is the last one!" I said, then pointed at the caraman to take a few more shots.
After about an hour, the photoshoot finally ended. I let out a relieved breath as I sat down on the sofa in the dressing room, while Lando did the sa beside .
In fact, he looked even more tired than I was. It was probably because he had been standing for so long today.
"Do your legs hurt?" I asked softly.
Lando rested his head against the back of the sofa and closed his eyes for a mont. "No, not really," he added. "I’m fine."
I looked at his face and neck, which still had lipstick marks on them, and I couldn’t help laughing a little. "You look cute," I said.
"You’re cuter," he replied weakly.
It seed like he was really exhausted. But honestly, that was normal, since this was his first photoshoot, while I had been doing this my whole life.
"Let help you clean your face." I patted his cheek a few tis before standing up from the sofa to grab so makeup remover wipes. "Husband, you did really well today."
I leaned toward him, so close that he was able to wrap his arm around my waist.
We had just confessed our feelings, and now he really couldn’t let go of . It felt like he had glued himself to on his own will and refused to let go.
"You’re better than ." Lando took another deep breath and then turned his face toward . "I didn’t know a photoshoot could be this tiring."
"This is actually nothing," I giggled, wiping his cheek with the makeup wipe. "Usually, I have to change outfits several tis in one session."
"I would give up too soon if I were doing your job," Lando said.
I honestly didn’t know whether he was just praising or truly thought that my job was that tiring.
I an, he was also very busy—probably even busier than —because he had to travel a lot to many cities and countries.
But maybe this kind of work tired him more, because for so people, a photoshoot could really feel overwhelming.
"You can try being a model one day," I said with a smile. I paused when the wipe reached the corner of his lips. "Then we’ll see if you really give up so fast or not."
"Model agencies don’t hire a cripple," he said quietly.
"Don’t say that!" I lightly smacked his chest, looking a bit angry because he had insulted himself. "You can’t use a slur to call yourself. That will affect your self-esteem badly."
At least, that was what happened to . I had always used ugly words toward myself for years, and it affected my self-esteem so badly to the point that I developed an eating disorder.
Therefore, I also don’t want sothing that bad to happen to Lando as well, even though, truthfully, I’m sure he has already experienced it.
"Alright... I’m sorry." He finally straightened his back and looked at seriously. "I won’t use that word against myself ever again, so don’t look that sad. You might ruin your beautiful makeup."
I puffed my cheeks a little. "So what? We’re already done with the photoshoot anyway."
"Because you look better when you smile." Lando placed a few gentle kisses on my lips before pulling his face away. "And I like it when your cheeks turn red like this."
I held my breath for a mont before finally smacking his arms several tis to hide my embarrassnt. "Don’t do sothing embarrassing in public!"
Lando only laughed in response, which made even more annoyed.
Fortunately, the staff entered the dressing room a few monts later, so they didn’t see us kissing a while ago.
"Ms. Orszebet, we’ll also be giving you two large frad printed photos," the staff said with a smile. "So we’d like to ask which pictures you’d like to use."
===
By the end of the day, we brought ho two big frad photos. One showed us blowing bubbles together, and the other one showed kissing Lando’s cheek, which was covered in lipstick marks.
The bubble photo was displayed in the living room, while the kissing one... I still didn’t know where that picture should be placed.
Honestly, at first, I thought this picture would look good if it were placed in our bedroom, but then I realized... we sleep in separate rooms.
"We should have printed two pictures," I said as I looked down at our wedding photo placed on the sofa. "Now, who should keep this picture?"
"How about..." Lando wanted to say sothing, but then decided to close his mouth again. "No, forget it."
"What?" I asked, narrowing my eyes because I felt like he wanted to say sothing suspicious.
"Nothing." Lando looked away, his ears turning a little red. "Just forget it."
"W-What... were you just about to ask to sleep in the sa room?" I asked, half joking, half serious.
Lando froze for a second.
His ears turned even redder, as if my words had hit the mark perfectly. He opened his mouth, then closed it again, clearly unsure of what to say.
"I—I didn’t an it like that," he muttered.
"Oh?" I crossed my arms and tilted my head. "Then how did you an it?"
He stayed silent for a few seconds, his eyes fixed on the floor. Then, in a small voice, he said, "I just thought... maybe it would be nice."
I ended up being the one who stayed silent. Yeah, honestly, sleeping in the sa room would probably be nice since we could cuddle together, but... sleeping side by side without doing anything else would be impossible.
I would rather believe that elephants could fly than believe that we wouldn’t start touching each other the mont we shared a bed.
"I... I’m not ready yet," I said in a small voice. "I’m sorry."
Like I said before, I’m not ready to ride Lando yet! It would be so embarrassing, and my sense of sha is as thin as paper when it cos to Lando!
"Of course, I understand." Lando said gently. He looked a little disappointed, but he didn’t try to push at all. "How about you keep this picture in your room for now? I can print another one for myself later."
"O-Okay..." I said, then awkwardly took the big fra. "I’ll keep this picture in my room for now."
I was about to go back to my room, but then I turned to face him again. "If... soday we share a bedroom together, then we can print more photos and hang them in the room."
Lando smiled softly, looking at with a kind of warmth that I rarely saw in other people. "Yes, we can do that."
After that, I finally returned to my room since it was already getting dark and we had finished dinner. Besides, Lando also had work that he needed to take care of right then.
As I lay on the bed, Penny finally sent a notification.
