As soon as the 6 elders appeared, the attention of the rampaging Frost Wolf was attracted. It recognized that it just t a worthy opponent.
"ROAR!!!" The Frost Wolf roared angrily.
"This Frost Wolf is strong and for so reason, it already went berserk". The elder that stood at the middle of the 6 spoke calmly.
"I can take it on but I need all the help that I can get to kill it".
The other elders voiced their support. "Do what you can, we'll do our best to support you and bring an end to this vile beast".
The elder nodded calmly even as the gigantic Frost Wolf kept on howling angrily as he spread his hands through the air, the next mont a familiar rainbow bridge opened through which 4 equally enormous beasts ca out.
A massive Python, a 4-Horned Bull, a Mana Sheep, and a massive Desert Eagle, these were the 4 contracted beasts of this expert Summoner.
All 4 beasts were at the Grade C- realm.
On seeing the 4 Grade C- beasts, the Frost Wolf roared even more angrily as it showed no fear. Even among the different grades, there was a great difference in strength, the Frost Wolf was individually stronger than all 4 beasts.
"Awoo!"
It howled and charged towards the old Summoner.
The old Summoner calmly called at its eagle before jumping up. Like an acrobat, he landed on top the Desert Eagle as it flew into the skies.
"Quadruple beast formation: Sleeping Thunder!" The old man muttered.
The next mont, all the beasts responded to his words.
The Python stretched its enormous body, forming a shield that protected the Mana Sheep who went to hide behind it and a support for the 4-Horned Bull who was already charging towards the Frost Wolf valiantly.
Green fire revolved around the 4-Horned Bull as it charged.
While in the skies, the Desert Eagle gathered wind energy through its beak before releasing a massive wind-empowered ball of mana from the skies.
The wind-empowered ball of mana arrived almost at the sa ti that the 4-Horned Bull did. It bent its head and with its horns ramd against the Wolf.
Boom!
The impact was mighty as the Bull easily ca out on top. In terms of pure physical strength, despite being the weaker beast, the Bull had more strength.
It was not the real Frost Wolf that it collided with though, that was an ice doppelganger as the real Frost Wolf charged from its rear the next mont.
The Frost Wolf roared and aid to bite at its throat.
From the back, the enormous Python reacted almost instantaneously as it lashed out like a spring. It collided with the Frost Wolf, knocking it off-course as it also released a poisonous purple mist.
The Frost Wolf inhaled the poisonous mist and roared in pain as blood started flowing from its nose, the pain only angered it more.
"ROAR!!!"
The skies briefly turned completely clouded then from the skies ca down falling giant icicles that could level entire buildings.
The Desert Eagle reacted on ti as it sent wind slashes to destroy most of them but the others made it to the ground before landing and wreaking even more destruction, the 4-Horned Bull and the Python did not escape though.
They made use of their best defensive techniques to save their lives despite the exorbitant mana expenditures, they were so unbridled in this battle because they had a support teammate.
The Mana Sheep closed its eyes as yellow light erupted with it as the center. These yellow lights entered its teammates bodies, replenishing their mana.
They were energized as they dived in for another crazy attack.
The Frost Wolf roared again before diving at them without backing down. The angrier it grew, the more powerful it beca as the atmosphere turned colder by the second. For 6 minutes straight, the battle dragged on.
During these 6 minutes, the old elder already observed all that he wanted to observe. "You can now join the battle to assist".
"Avoid lee combat, focus on ranged attacks".
"Also, pay attention to my signals to dodge its deadly attacks".
Once the other elders got the signal, they no longer held back as together they all charged into the intense battlefield. Apart from the 2 veteran Pugilists in the group, every other elder spamd ranged attacks on the Frost Wolf.
The more injuries that it sustained, the angrier and stronger it beca.
Despite trying their best, they could not kill it imdiately and this was their mistake. The Frost Wolf was just too ruthless and powerful to be left alone.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Having accumulated enough frost and cold, the Frost Wolf triggered a special ability as lumps of ice exploded like trigger bombs.
Apart from hundreds of the spectators who died to the attack, 2 of the elders were also caught in it as one of them died instantly while the other lost her 2 limbs.
The shock of this sudden counterattack was so much that they barely managed to react as the Frost Wolf went for the 3rd elder kill.
This sudden counterattack served as a wake-up call to them all.
"Hestia, rally the warriors and help". One of the elders called for help.
The 2 Queens dared not hesitate as despite the fact that they were weak, they gathered their courage and threw themselves at the beast to kill it.
At a far-away distance, Christensen watched as he clenched his fist.
"I can't keep running away from mistakes that I made".
"I caused this, I'm gonna help fix it".
"Leo, let's go".
Christensen mounted the new and more powerful Leo before charging towards the battlefield with all the fury that he could muster.
Hidden inside the palace, Legolas received a virtual interface prompt.
