Doubt and uncertainty reflected from Edgar's eyes.
Legolas sat back down and silently looked back at him.
Edgar did not flinch from his gaze. "Have you forgotten?"
"You are the closest confidant of his Almighty the Hermit, you knew when he successfully convinced into accepting my destiny as the savior of my planet".
"I accepted my destiny because I believed that I can save my planet through yours and his Almighty's help, that was my only motivation".
"I've supported your plans all the way also because of this motivation".
"I need you to explain things to , what is your plan?"
"Without knowing it, I'll be reluctant to continue supporting you unconditionally. My point stands, I will not do anything that will lead to an acceleration of the destruction of my planet".
Legolas silently looked at Edgar, then he sighed. "You don't understand the situation of your planet, do you?"
Edgar waited for him to elaborate.
Legolas no longer beat around the bush. "Ok, let present the situation of your planet to you in a way that you can understand".
"Planet Austere is like a territory in a forest led by 2 Alpha Tigers".
"This territory is just one part of a massive forest, and outside this territory is filled with terrible other Alphas that are ready to completely devour them".
"There is no way for the 2 Alpha Tigers to win and safeguard their lives".
"In their desperation to find a way, they slowly lost connection with their subordinates and their territory to the extent that without even knowing, they started oppressing their subjects in their quest to find a solution".
"Their subjects beca akin to their slaves".
"Despite all this, they believed that they still have about a few decades to survive and find a solution to their problem".
"This would have been right in normal situations, but they refused to account for sothing, or betterstill a set of people".
"They failed to account for the presence of the strange existences in their midst, the immortals". Legolas' eyes glead.
"These are beasts that cannot be tad, they thrive in freedom and chaos".
"Fed up by the disregard from the 2 Alpha Tigers, these immortals stirred up a rebellion. Having not expected mutiny from their subjects, the Alpha Tigers were unable to curb the uprising on ti, it turned into a full-blown civil war".
"Even before their enemies could gobble them up, they imploded from within. The 2 Alpha Tigers beca extinct alongside their subjects".
Legolas stared at Edgar. "Only the immortals survived".
"After the extinction of the Alpha Tigers and their subjects, the immortals were given the option of changing forms. Those that were willing changed forms, becoming part of the intelligent beasts of the apocalypse".
"They restarted their journey as beasts".
"Unfortunately, the original inhabitants of Planet Austere didn't have this luxury to co back to life as different existences".
After giving this short story, Legolas paused to let it sink into Edgar's mind, then he finally asked. "Do you understand the significance of my story".
Edgar frowned. "Not entirely but I understand bits and pieces".
"The forest is Planet Austere, and the territory of the 2 Alpha Tigers is the Skyrim and Human territory".
"If this is correct, it ans the 2 Alpha Tigers are the Skyrim King and the Human King. I can't really decipher the other parts of your illustration".
"Ok". Legolas nodded. "I'll explain".
"You're right, the forest is Planet Austere, all your deductions are correct".
"As for the immortals that I ntioned, they are the sa as the immortals that I just recruited into my army".
"There are thousands of them spread across Planet Austere".
"Now, the Skyrim and Human King feel that they are using them, not fully comprehending the influence and power that the immortals can harness".
"They are yet to know the true threats of what they are harboring, it is like granting shelter to Nuclear bombs while having no idea about their destructive potential, the only outco of a scenario like this is tragedy".
"One day, they will get fed up of being treated so strictly like soldiers and will revolt. This rebellion will result in the civil war that will lead to the implosion".
Legolas pointed at Edgar. "All of you will be devoured".
"Only the immortals will survive, and yes, I didn't exaggerate, those willing among them will be able to continue their lives as the triumphant beasts".
"But…" Edgar tried to speak but Legolas interrupted him.
"This is the fate of Planet Austere".
"I already saw it through my prophecy".
Edgar deflated on hearing that. "Does that an I stand no chance of saving my planet from the clutches of death of the apocalypse beasts?"
"No…, that is why I am here".
"But your actions will trigger the civil war ahead of ti".
Legolas nodded. "That is the point of everything that I am doing".
"That is exactly my plan, at least, that way, we stay proactive and have full control over the escalating situation of the civil war".

Legolas' face turned serious. "What I'm about to tell you is a secret that I've never told anyone else, it's an ability that I awakened at the age of 15".
"I awakened it after the arrival of the immortals, it is an ability to grow stronger through the activities of the immortals".
"…" Edgar's eyes widened in shock.
"Those in Planet Darvis are now too small to propel through the ranks fast enough, this is why I need more immortals under my wing".
"Through the civil war, they will be exposed to a lot of activities".

That day, an unprecedented situation arose in Planet Austere.
Led by Aristotle Pochettino's campaign, with most players in the planet all joining the Nightmare Army already, receiving secret funding in weapons and equipnt from Legolas, they mounted their revolution.
Apart from the 3 main races in Planet Austere who all had their secret stash of players, there were other players scattered across the planet.
On this day, all the players showed a shocking level of unity like they had been communicating through unknown ans as sporadic attacks started.
Warriors that were not afraid of dying was a nace to anyone.
When the Skyrim King's elite army attacked Skyrim territory from inside, leaving a river of blood in their wake, the Skyrims finally understood the severity of the matter, they were shocked.
"The zombie warriors have gone mad, kill them!"
"Kill them all!"
They didn't just fight, Aristotle Pochettino led the campaign following Legolas' directions. "Warriors of Planet Austere, this is your chance to retake your freedom, your freedom to fight for your own safety".
"Take it with courage and leave the prison created by the Skyrim King!"
They didn't just aim to fight, they aid to sow discord among the warriors of the main races imdiately, accelerating the trigger for the civil war.
It was working, with Legolas' secret help, everything escalated so fast that the Skyrim and Human Kings were unable to keep track of it anymore.
That sa day, so warriors started resisting orders after seeing hundreds of their comrades throw away their lives at undying enemies.
"We're not slaves!"
"We won't keep on throwing our lives away for a lost cause!"
"We say no to Kings!"
"Let's fight for our freedom!"
The pressure and tension did the rest, a civil war started in Planet Austere.
All hell broke loose!
