In Version 2, the requirents to join the Nightmare Army was steep.
Also, the benefits after joining the army were also incredibly rich.
From access to exclusive class knowledge, gadgets, and transferrable abilities to having the chance to spar with powerful NPCs. When a spar was triggered with a powerful enough NPC, a mission was triggered alongside it for the players.
If they perform well, they could get lots of benefits.
Still, these were just the rudintary benefits of joining the Nightmare Army. From influence to more connections, the Nightmare Army offered all of these since it was an organization at the very forefront of Planet Darvis.

After capturing the target, while Champion Onana used his myriad machines, scanning the player deeply, trying to find the parasite to no avail, Legolas suddenly walked towards his virtual screen and started writing on it.

By the ti that Legolas was done writing, Shadow Master Heimdall and Champion Onana were completely shocked.

It sounded completely crazy but Champion Onana was used to crazy things after the past 5 months spent with him, he believed the Summoner.
Legolas turned to look at the virtual screen. "Using these abilities as our template, I think we can now assu and know a lot about the enemy that we face, he is no longer in the dark like before".
"First, they can grow and proliferate".

Champion Onana nodded seriously. "This is more than enough, leave it to ".
"Thanks". Legolas nodded, then he finally turned to look at Heimdall. "Go get prepared, the gray world gathering is in an hour".
"Yes, Army Commander".
After Champion Onana and Heimdall left, alone in his office after sitting down cross-legged, a lot of worrying thoughts went through Legolas' mind.
