For a brief mont, Legolas felt overwheld by all the rolling emotions.
Maximus' requirents for his envisioned ultimate state were hard to fulfill. Back in his previous world, not a single player managed to make it to this level and unlock the full potentials of the sub class but now, Legolas knew the reason.
Back in his previous world, 99.9% of the players including himself saw Dominator as just a ga, they never saw Dominator as sothing more.
Since reincarnating into this world, Legolas passed through the phase where he still saw this world as just a ga but those days were already far behind him.
The more he interacted here, the more he confird that this world was real. After interacting with so charismatic individuals here, including his 2 students, he had no more reason to see this world as just a ga.
This was the important factor that pushed Legolas over the edge.

If originally, his brain was just like one part of his body. Now, to those that were perceptive enough, his brain was now like the nexus of a trade hub, it was like the energy center of a super powerplant.
Originally, with so much power and knowledge flowing through his head, Legolas should have been close to breaking already but this was not the case.
At this mont, in this special state of tranquility, he already had such a high concentration that his outlook of the world already changed.
'The world…, it's so beautiful'.
'My outlook has been flawed before…' He was awed by his current state.
Legolas didn't even need to sniff the air, he could already scent it. At this mont, he was in a special state where he could recognize and distinguish the sll of every living being that was around him.
If his sense of sll was OP, his sense of hearing was now even more overpowered. At this mont, Legolas was opened to knowledge that he didn't know of before, he experienced epiphanies for the first ti.

Combining his new sense of sll and hearing, he was able to picture everyone in what seed like a 3D format. Every Grade C Superhuman had vibrations at extrely high-pitched frequencies.
Their sll was also distinct, it contained power and uniqueness.
Of all the people in this battlefield, Legolas focused on one, he gasped from what he perceived. 'So powerful…!'
Giant Norman's vibrations were at a ridiculous frequency. That was not all, his sll contained wisps of his emotion, they contained sadness, confusion, desperation, and regret. Norman regretted his life decisions.
Despite all these emotions, one fact remained, the sll was thick and powerful. Giant Norman was by far the strongest on this battlefield.

Legolas's perception changed again.
This ti, he was no longer just himself. To his shock, he discovered that a part of his mind was now inhabiting everyone in the ruins of the Hellfire Mountains, this talent enabled him to leave an imprint in all of them.
Despite the ntal feedback from dozens of such powerful warriors, Legolas was not overwheld by the output, he was intelligent enough to keep everything coherent, this was because of his temporary augntations.
At this mont, he already gained the intelligence of an Unrivalled Battle Controller and it was nothing short of crazy and out of this world.
Everything from Legolas' shot with the Positron Rifle, to Daemon's ritual, to Jon Stones' reanimation, to the Nine-Lives Cat's action, to Blade's revival, and now to Legolas' transformation, all it took was a few seconds.
The changes were too much for the spectators to take in.
Feeling the powerful energy that radiated from the Summoner's brain, all the warriors felt horrified. "What… sorcery is this?!"
"Is the world coming to an end?!"
Alexander felt it more. "How is this possible?!"
Legolas barely did anything and he was already feeling like dumping himself into a river to cool his brain, everything was too much for him to comprehend.
Even as Legolas felt and drank all their emotions, he finally felt that the accumulation was enough.
"I FEEL… POWERFUL!" His voice was loud and filled with power.
He no longer hesitated; he activated it.

Controlling power from so many sources, Legolas felt like a God!
His increased intelligence and instincts told him what he could do with so much power, Legolas smirked. "I'm really a Battle Controller!"
Legolas focused his eyes on Frigga, then he channeled so of the powers of all the other warriors in his connection into the body of the Snow Fenrir.
Frigga's eyes shone in shock as power flooded his body.

On the spot, the Snow Fenrir experienced a transformation.
Feeding from this incredible power, Frigga recovered more from his injuries as he instantly beca a Grade C Fenrir. This explosion of power radiated towards Christensen as this Summoner finally crossed the last step.
Every spectator who witnessed this mont where shocked.

Legolas smirked as he felt so much power, his eyes glared at Alexander. "Rember this when I send you to heaven, you are no God!"
He grinned. "But I am a Battle God!"
