The Adrenaline shot barely got to work on the test subject's body when Clown continued his experint. This ti, he was not focused on augnting the test subject more but rather on finding the difference.
From the result of his experints on his other human test subjects, he already ca to a definite conclusion that the difference lied in Legolas.
His question was now of a myriad form. 'Why is Legolas different?'
'What is different about him?'
'Is he not a human?'
'How can he be the only one with a low compatibility with Giant Runes?'
His questions were nurous and the only way that he could find an answer to them was dissecting this human again to find that biological difference.
Despite completely ravaging through Legolas's body completely, Clown could not find it, he could not find the tangible difference that changed everything.
He slumped and gave in to his initial conclusion. 'So, it all lies in him'.

One of his assistants suddenly interrupted him.
"Sir, the test subject has passed out".
Clown waved his hands absentmindedly. "Inject him with regeneration shots and vitality enhancing shots before taking him back to the Abyss Hole".
"Yes, your Excellency".
A few minutes later, Legolas was dumped inside the hole.

Forcing himself, he creeped to where Predator's black cocoon was located. On getting to close proximity, he could feel the vitality of his 1st contracted beast.
Even till now, Predator was still rapidly devouring the darkness energy of the Abyss as his body and energy constantly grew by the second.
Legolas softly caressed the cocoon. "I'm relying on you buddy…"
While he caressed the cocoon, Legolas was jolted awake as a commotion started above the hole. It was not a battle but even down below the hole, Legolas could feel the shock that was radiating from the scientists above.
His eyes narrowed. "What happened?"
"Have the Grade C Superhumans started their attacks?"
"Or did soone…, die?"
Legolas barely asked this question when his virtual interface lit up another notification, and this one stole his breath away.
