Inside the refuge, Max and Maggie laid on the ground.
Even though their heavy injuries already stopped bleeding after receiving first aid treatnt from the hunters, both psychopaths still had pale looks on their faces as they vigilantly looked at the warriors.
Their exhaustion made them feel like sleeping but they dared not.
As they watched the hunters, the hunters also watched them.
They kept this delicate stalemate until a sound ca from outside.

All the warriors in this room barely turned to look before Legolas aid and released it. Having brought Christensen's bow and arrow along, Legolas's aim was true as it went directly to Maggie's heart.

The attack was too sudden and unexpected, Maggie was unable to dodge as with wide opened eyes, she watched as the arrow dug into her chest.
"Ugh…" Maggie groaned as she coughed blood.

All the hunters in the refuge were alard as they ford a circular defensive formation among themselves, as for Max, his eyes widened in shock and rage as he felt the life draining out of his sister's body.
Maggie gasped for breath as she let out gurgling sounds.

Almost at the sa ti that Legolas rolled into the refuge and released the arrow, Blade already exploded with speed towards the injured Max.
His eyes blazed with the fury of revenge.
On seeing the familiar faces, a maniacal look overtook Max's face as he started laughing like a madman. "Hahaha…, you again?"
"Hahaha…"
"Since you want my life so much, have it".
Max's eyes turned blood-red like a vampire's the next mont. Since his twin sister already lost her life a second ago, he no longer felt any motivation to continue living, he was ready to die with these 2 warriors.
"Forbidden Elentalist Ability: Soul Rupturing Technique!"

As soon as Max activated the forbidden Elentalist ability, veins appeared and popped in his eyes as he roared like his soul was being tornted in hell.
This was an ability that he discovered in a ruin with his twin sister.
By sacrificing his soul, he gained ridiculous temporary strength.
Once the strength was gone, he would definitely die but Max did not care anymore. The sa look of fire of revenge that blazed in Blade's eyes now blazed in his eyes also as he sought to get his own revenge for his sister's death.
Blade did not care about the surge of power from his opponent as he finally arrived before him, but he learned to regret his nonchalance.

Blade's sword slash swept across like a raging tsunami but Max's palm held it still like Jesus telling the raging sea to calm, then he clenched his hand the next mont as Blade's beloved sword shattered into pieces.
An uncommon grade sword shattered into pieces.
This was the ridiculous strength that this Elentalist now had.
"Die!"
His sword shattering completely rattled Blade as he was suddenly unsure of how to react. This lapse in concentration from him proved deadly as Max grabbed him like a rag doll before throwing him into the air.
Bam! Bam! Bam!
3 punches and Blade felt like all his bones already shattered as he coughed blood, Max effortlessly broke his right hand before throwing him to the side.
His eyes that blazed with revenge now focused on Legolas who calmly watched everything that transpired since, this was his target for revenge.
Max did not stop there, he amplified his strength even further.
"Forbidden Elentalist Ability: Blood Sucking Technique!"
The sa way that soul contained life, so also did blood contain life. While he inherited the Soul Rupturing technique, his sister inherited the Blood Sucking Technique and now with Maggie dead, he used it.
Maggie's dead corpse shriveled into a dry husk the next mont as all her blood turned into a powerful energy that now energized Max.
Max glared at Legolas.
"You will die a miserable death!"
"I will make you wish you never targeted my sister!"
Legolas smirked on hearing this as his eyes turned cold.
"Die!" Max finally charged towards him.
At this mont, this Elentalist's energy was like a raging tsunami as his oppressive aura pressed down on this refuge but Legolas was not intimidated.
With calm eyes, he made his move.

As soon as Bran broke through the roof of the refuge, Legolas integrated with the Void Raven as his massive black wings with golden stripes elongated out.
He did not just do this.
To prove a point, Legolas brought all his beasts.
Predator stood at the very front of this battalion of beasts as to his left stood the 7 Foxes representing Lucky's Society, and to the right stood the 5 Wolves that represented Akela's pack, this was Legolas's power in full.
Legolas's eyes were cold as he raised his hands like a tyrant.
"Do not forget this, I am the strongest Grade D Summoner alive!"
"This will be over in less than a minute".
Legolas clenched his fists. "Attack!"
BOOM!
A massive energy erupted from the beasts the next mont.
Not just the spectating hunters and Blade, even Max who was on the receiving end was intimidated and shocked as the battalion of beasts pounced towards him. Their montum was completely unstoppable.
"Roar!" "Roar!"
Their powerful roars shook the foundation of this refuge.

Legolas flapped his powerful wings as he flew up and jumped into the fray.
For this battle, there was no need for strategies, the strategy was simple, tear Max apart and all the beasts understood it.
Their powerful claws and teeth completely tore Max apart.
Bam! Bam! Bam!

"Ahhhh…!!!"
Max scread his lungs out as he tried his best to avenge his sister to no avail, he did not give up though. Till his last monts, he kept fighting.
After one last pounce, Predator claid the ultimate prize as his teeth that were as sharp as sabers separated this Elentalist's head from his neck.
As the head flew, Legolas grabbed it in mid-air.
Before Max completely lost consciousness, he whispered into his ears.
"I am the showman".
"Your mistake was trying to steal my show, never do that…"
Despite the hotness of the desert, a chill seed to descend on this refuge.
