It turns out I had gained about ten levels since entering the mines. I was pretty proud of my progress, but I still felt weak compared to soone like dwin's personal knight.

Stepping into the bossroom had pinching my nose. There were charred corpses of goblins near the entrance, probably hoping to extinguish the flas I conjured before. Lucky for , their weapons were in good condition... kind of.

I pulled my hand back and glanced around cautiously.

Seeing as there was no movent, I had a sudden realization and turned to the chest.

Firing a black arrow at the mimic, it died the instant the arrow connected. The next instant, it seed to turn to mud and slowly lted away. I watched it completely vanish, revealing a singular gold coin afterwards.
