When Wilharrow said that he wasn't going to give up on recruiting , he ANT it. This guy ca back with a pouch of shiny coins, which I appreciated since I was inford they were the equivalent to a hundred dollar bills. Maybe more? Either way, this guy started following everywhere.

"Will you join my party?" [Wilharrow]
"No." [Solace]
"Then my answer is the sa as yours." [Wilharrow]
For the past week, this guy has been tailing through my classes and my everyday life. There was even this one ti where I went to the bathroom to avoid him, but he waited outside my stall! I don't even need to use the restroom as a spirit! It was all just to avoid him!
"Haven't you had enough? Don't you want to join ?" [Wilharrow]
"You know what? I'll think about it." [Solace]
"Really? So what's your answer?" [Wilharrow]
"Still no." [Solace]
"Weren't you going to think about it?" [Wilharrow]
"I did." [Solace]
Wilharrow continued his shenanigans for so long that even my classmates got used to it. He literally would follow into class and pester . It's also annoying that the teachers also ignored him since he was the hero.
"Don't you find these classes boring? You can skip them if you join my party." [Wilharrow]
If that offer was given to back on Earth, maybe. However, classes here weren't actually that boring. I get to learn about magic and stuff so it's pretty cool.
"I'll pass." [Solace]
Wilharrow frowned.
"One day you WILL give in." [Wilharrow]
"Perhaps." [Solace]
As we spoke, Ms. Ross called everyone's attention.
"Attention. Just to remind you all, there will be a new transfer student coming tomorrow. Please be nice to them." [Ms. Ross]
("Already?") [Solace]
All the other students glanced at as if they were thinking the sa thing. I was pretty sure Ms. Ross ntioned sothing like that three days ago, but I was probably too busy dealing with Wilharrow to notice.
("I hope it isn't soone crazy.") [Solace]

So the next day rolled by and Ms. Ross introduced the new student.
"Leon, can you co in?" [Ms. Ross]
Calling the transfer student's na, a girl walked in. It's funny 'cause I assud it was going to be a guy from the na.
"This here is the new transfer student, Leon Soh." [Ms. Ross]
It was until much later that I learned how to spell her na. By the way it's pronounced "soul". The other world is weird like that.
("Warning: hostility has been detected.") [Solace]
("Huh?") [Solace]
I found myself locking eyes with the transfer student. She had short purple hair, kind of cut like a bob. Her eyes were a piercing silver, which is strange since I would assu that hair color matched eye color. Now that I think of it, I guess hair color doesn't match with eye color even on Earth.
"Leon cos from the country of Gerland. She is used to speaking in her mother tongue, but she can speak the common tongue just fine." [Ms. Ross]
She nodded at Leon to speak.
"Hello, my na is Leon Soh. I excel in most weapons used by martial artists and am sowhat adept at using magic. I can also do alchemy. It is nice to et you." [Leon]
That introduction was pretty impressive.
"Are there any questions?" [Ms. Ross]
A few hands rose, so we spent around five to ten minutes answering. To sum it up, Gerland is a country that snows a lot. Leon has a martial master. She is blessed by the lightning god, Zerv. She is an orphan. She is five foot four. Her three sizes are- We didn't cover that you pervert.
"Please take a seat wherever you like." [Ms. Ross]
Leon ascended the stairs, stopping at my row. She then pointed at Wilharrow beside and threw a thumb backwards.
"Get up." [Leon]
Wilharrow glanced around.
"...Are you talking to ?" [Wilharrow]
"Yes." [Leon]
Wilharrow chuckled.
"That's very funny. Why don't you take a seat sowhere else? I have soone I need to bother over here." [Wilharrow]
I elbowed him.
"Ow! What's that for?!" [Wilharrow]
"Take a hike. You're not even a student here." [Solace]
"That's rude. Aren't you afraid of hurting my feelings?" [Wilharrow]
"No." [Solace]
That was the fastest I have ever replied.
"Wow. Alright, fine then." [Wilharrow]
Surprisingly, he actually got up and left. It was then that Leon took a seat beside .
"Now, let us continue the lesson." [Ms. Ross]
We spent the next forty minutes doing our usual stuff until Leon slipped a folded sheet of paper my way.
("What's this?") [Solace]
I glanced her way, causing to flinch. She was just... staring at .
("...Well that's terrifying.") [Solace]
Without even breaking eye contact, she tapped a finger on the paper she slid .
("Uh... Guess I'll read the paper?") [Solace]
As I opened it, I jokingly thought it would be funny if I got a love letter.
("This... This is...!") [Solace]
