It’s interesting to note that this individual was the one who succeeded era, the current editor-in-chief of Bharatam Daily newspaper and the director of Raya dia Corporation.

Vijay first assigned a variable (TI) where (T) represents the ti taken and (I) represents the destination point.
Then he ca up with the variable (Δti) which is the delay for each destination point, and X is the ti taken for the longest ssage, which is 12 hours.
Putting all together vijay ca up with the formula "Δti = X - Ti"

Vijay looked up, grabbed a chalk piece, and wrote the formula large enough for everyone to see:

Vijay was constantly looking at the map every ti a destination point was called out, while a few agents were writing down the nas in sequence to pass the sequence list to the encryptors and workers in the Arkha Dristhi communication station to send the ssages at exact tis.
At the end of the sequence, Vijay roughly calculated the data and nodded his head in confirmation, as the farthest place would receive the ssage at the sa ti as the nearest place.
Give or take 80 to 90 minutes is the variability in the timing.
By the ti the calculations on the sequence chart were prepared, Selvan also received confirmation ssages from the farthest handlers who had yet to state their status.
"Your majesty, all the 80 handlers are on standby. The mission is a go."
Vijay nodded his head, took a deep breath, closed his eyes, cleared his thoughts, and after a few minutes, stated in a calm voice,
"Start the procedures."

The command centre imdiately burst into intense concentration for the next 12 hours overnight.

Nagpur, being the central part of the empire and the transportation hub of the nation, has a total of four different lines of communication channels coming from all over the empire.
Unknown to the citizens of Nagpur, the four separate communication lines were secretly activated overnight, and ssages were sent to different places in the empire.
The lamps in the Arka Drishti Communication Channel constantly flickered as encoded ssages were transmitted one by one according to the sequence.
Given that the Arka Drishti Communication Channel was closed during the night, there wasn’t much governnt or civilian traffic to manage. Even so routine governnt ssages were not imdiately processed. if the priority of a ssage was not urgent, it was denied access under the excuse of conducting a maintenance run.
It is for this reason that even though the Arka Drishti Communication channels constantly flickered unusually, it didn’t cause any suspicion within various governnt organizations, especially since the ssages were sent one at a ti in a sequence spread across 12 hours over four different channels.
This ant that for a single channel in so parts of the country, it might only receive one communication ssage throughout the night, which further amplified the safety of the plan.

For the majority of the citizens of the empire, the night passed without any changes. However, for the Mughal remnants hidden within society, the night also passed without any changes, at least according to their knowledge. In reality, their demise had just begun.
Selvan started the second part of the plan. The ssages sent overnight were only for the intelligence agents to receive, while the second part of the plan involved sending official ssages to various city panchayats throughout the northern part of the empire.
"His Majesty the Emperor will arrive in Raipur tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM. Be ready to receive him."
The city administrators, civil servants, and governnt workers throughout the western part of the empire were simultaneously overwheld by the news. They were both overjoyed and stressed out, but they had to prepare for a welco ceremony, no matter how unprepared they were.
They tried to communicate with the surrounding cities to understand the situation, but to their surprise, they received an encrypted ssage from the higher-ups: "His Majesty is coming to Raipur on an important mission with secrecy. As a result, all communications will be cut off until His Majesty leaves, in order to both protect his safety and fully isolate any news from leaking out."
The higher-ups of Raipur City were a little confused, but in the end, they had no doubt about the order, as it really did co from their superiors, and the secret code they received in the encrypted ssage matched the protocols they had been given.
Simultaneously, unbeknownst to the top leaders of Raipur, thousands of cities in the northern part of the empire received the sa ssage as them and began to arrange for celebrations for the arrival of His Majesty Vijay Devaraya.
The excuse used by the intelligence departnt to completely isolate each city from the others inadvertently boosted the local economies of the cities throughout the northern part of the empire.
This was pleasant news, as a local economic shake-up would be of huge benefit in the complete integration of the northern economy with the southern one.
Nevertheless, the news spread like wildfire within each city, with every city believing that His Majesty would be coming to them.
In this process, a few hidden foxes within the city and its surrounding areas also heard the news, making them restless with excitent and anticipation.
"Zamir, our ti has co, brother."
"Faizan, prepare the explosives. It’s ti to blow this hateful kafir and restore our glorious empire."
"Hahaha, Nasir, we will be the landlords once again and rule these worthless slaves. Once again, we will restore the glory of our ancestors that our fathers destroyed. Brother, let’s go! We have to imdiately call our people who are willing to help. This is our biggest opportunity so far."
Various Mughal remnants began to show their true colours in this special ti, but sadly unknown to these people, their every action was secretly observed by the intelligence agents. Previously, they were well hidden within society and did not show their tails, making them invisible to the intelligence organization.
However, with the opportunity to assassinate the Rajyapati of the empire, they couldn’t remain hidden any longer.
Almost blatantly, campaigns were held within various cities to recruit mbers for their cause.
Their actions were noticed not only by the intelligence departnt but also by the local police departnts, who caught a whiff of this conspiracy.
The police officers, knowing the importance of the event being held the next day, imdiately mobilized all the constables and the reserve force within the city to hunt down this rebellious faction.
Overnight, Throughout the northern part of the empire in hundreds of cities, nearly 135,000 people were arrested and put into custody for propagating assassination against the emperor.
This was another pleasant surprise for Vijay, as he did not expect these remnants to be so blatant as to actually campaign in such a bold way. This ended up being a huge boon for Vijay; not only could bloodshed be reduced in the eyes of the public, but the reason he would use after the Weeding plan would also be more legitimate, making it easier for people to believe.
Throughout the empire, the various police departnts finally rested, believing that they had eliminated the threat to His Majesty the Emperor. However, the intelligence departnts hidden in various parts of the nation knew that this threat had only reduced significantly and not completely disappeared, as the core mbers who started the campaign were still at large in the majority of cases.
In a minority of instances, even the core figures were beaten up and arrested for being too arrogant.
For these individuals, not to ntion Selvan, even the agents who kept an eye on them were speechless at their brain-dead behaviour.
