It was already too late. As soon as Iena entered, a figure rushed towards her. I flashed and stood in front of her blocking the figure from harming Iena. “You! Why did you stop !? If you consu her here and now, you will gain all her strength!”
“And? What then? I consud a friend to gain power? How does that make sense?” I was calm, a little too calm. While I was white and transparent, the in front of was blood red and full of malevolence. I even answered the other back as if it was the most natural thing in the world.
