That phone number isn’t soone else, it’s the one that just called Ashley Shaw’s phone: Gavin Lynch.

Ariana Grant was about to grab the phone when Ashley Shaw swiftly ended the call and blacklisted the number.

Ariana Grant was stunned by this move.

"Who, who is it?"

"Gavin Lynch, the father of the Lynch sisters."

Ariana Grant imdiately understood.

"No wonder! What bad luck! It’s fine if he called you, why is he calling too?"

Ashley Shaw said, "Maybe because I said he should apologize to the victim at the ti. Anyway, just don’t answer his calls."

Claire Xavier sensed sothing.

"According to Ashley, you guys have already settled the score. Jillian Lynch, although you didn’t dunk her in the water, making her drink pool water herself is more humiliating."

"And I rember Jillian Lynch has idolized Warren Prescott since she was young. Being ordered around by soone you admire must have been devastating for her..."

"You also ntioned earlier that you’ve already had your revenge, so why is Chairman Lynch still calling you?"

Ashley Shaw said sternly, "I found it strange too, that’s why I hung up on the call for Ariana. In case it’s so phone trap, Ariana couldn’t handle it."

"True, if the Lynch family wanted to turn the tables, they could use public opinion to turn the truth upside down. After all, isn’t there that annoying phrase? ’She’s just a kid.’

Ariana Grant felt her skin crawl as she listened nearby.

"Don’t scare . I won’t get cyberbullied, right?"

Ashley Shaw patted Ariana Grant’s back.

"You didn’t answer the call, so he can’t coax any words out of you. Besides, we have surveillance that clearly shows Jillian Lynch pushing you first."

Ariana Grant felt slightly relieved.

"From now on, I won’t answer any calls from unknown numbers."

"Yep."

Ashley Shaw nodded and sent a ssage to Assistant Lowell using her phone.

"Assistant Lowell, could you do a favor?"

It took two minutes for a reply: "What is it, Miss Shaw?"

Ashley Shaw: "Could you send the surveillance from the pool at that ti?"

Assistant Lowell quickly replied: "Of course, I’ll send it to your email once I’m done."

Ashley Shaw: "Okay, sorry to trouble you."

Assistant Lowell didn’t reply after that, probably because he was too busy.

That was indeed the case.

There was only one hour left until the survival reality show on Spectator Live was broadcast live 24/7.

Everyone at Spectator Tower was busy and on the go.

Warren Prescott had just finished coordinating with the person in charge on the scene and hadn’t even had a sip of water when soone knocked on his office door.

"Co in."

Assistant Lowell opened the door and entered.

"Mr. Prescott Jr."

Warren Prescott looked up from his files, barely able to conceal the exhaustion in his eyes.

"Speak."

"The regulators just gave a call saying that while our show filed the necessary records, the risk is too high, and they ask you to give them a call... to discuss it in detail. Otherwise, if the broadcast is suddenly forcibly interrupted by the authorities, they want you to not hold it against them for not keeping their promises."

A mocking look appeared in Warren Prescott’s eyes.

"Too risky? Or didn’t offer enough money?"

Assistant Lowell was at a loss for words for a mont, then said, "Judging from their tone, it seed that way."

Warren Prescott twirled the pen in his hand nonchalantly, his voice as cold as frost.

"This shaless bunch, each greedier than the next. Even twenty million couldn’t shut them up."

Assistant Lowell hesitated to speak: "So... should I call them back to negotiate?"

"There are only fifty-eight minutes left until the show starts, what is there to negotiate?"

"So you an to just give them the money directly?"

Warren Prescott calmly opened his drawer and took out a brown paper file folder.

He tossed it onto the desk and said, "Drive to his house right now, and personally hand this over to him. He’ll understand what I an."

Assistant Lowell complied, but as he picked up the folder, two photos slipped out.

They were indecent photos of the person in question.

And they were quite explicit.

Mr. Prescott Jr. had even prepared this...

No wonder he’s the boss, and I’m just an employee.

He thought offering twenty million to the regulators was already very generous, completely unanticipated that aside from a "soft" approach, a "hard" approach needed to be prepared just in case.

And it must have taken quite a bit of ti to capture these, right?

When did Mr. Prescott Jr. start preparing these?

Sotis he really questions, is Warren Prescott really a teenager?

He kept his expression unchanged as he stuffed the photos back into the folder, sealed it, turned to leave but suddenly rembered sothing, and turned back.

"What is it?"

Warren Prescott noticed his hesitation and asked, "Is there another problem left unresolved?"

"This... isn’t really a problem, just need to ask you for a video."

"What video?"

Assistant Lowell simply handed his phone to Warren Prescott.

It was his chat log with Ashley Shaw.

Warren Prescott’s eyes turned cold.

They could have directly asked him since they weren’t unfriendly, but they chose to get the video through a third party.

Just how much does she want to avoid contact with him?

Two hours ago, he even helped her, yet she turns her back so fast.

Even if he’s just a tool, after frequent use, there ought to be so reluctance, right?

In a cool tone, he said, "I’ll send it to her later, you proceed with your tasks."

"Understood..." Assistant Lowell complied, about to leave, when Warren Prescott suddenly stopped him again.

"Do you know why she suddenly wants this video?"

It was supposedly over and she wasn’t soone who couldn’t let things go, so sothing must’ve happened.

Assistant Lowell shook his head, "I don’t know about that, but I just saw a piece of news."

"What news?"

"The phones Gavin Lynch smashed at the press conference are being questioned by so dia as dummy phones."

Warren Prescott quickly understood what Assistant Lowell was hinting at.

"You an Gavin Lynch suspects we did it?"

"I think so. One of the dia outlets had worked with us twice before. And his daughter just caused a scene at ho, with the revelations soon following. It’s normal for him to suspect us."

Warren Prescott curled his lips into a slight sneer.

"Since he suspects us, let’s make those suspicions true."

Assistant Lowell quickly grasped Warren’s intent to blow up the revelations.

Once it becos big news, all the prefective efforts of the Lynch family would go up in flas.

He ventured, "So... should I contact the dia now?"

"No need, first deliver what you have, I’ll handle this personally."
