"Did I say anything? Hahaha," Wanqian laughed coldly. At that mont, there was a knock on the door of the eting room. "Co in," Wanqian said. The door of the eting room was pushed open once more, and two lawyers, along with Shen Jia and the hotel staff mber from before, entered together.
"Everyone please take a break first. We will continue the eting in a while," Wanqian announced. With her word, all the executives left their seats and exited the eting room.
A light smirk appeared on Shangguan You’s lips. Her lawyer and Shen Jia had arrived.
"Ms. Shangguan, Manager Shen, this matter concerns you both, please stay," Wanqian said, arranging matters like the host. Shen Cheng, on the other hand, had been constrained and preempted by Wanqian at every turn from the outset. He had even been notified about this very eting only at the last minute, which was why Wanqian’s assault caught him so completely off-guard.
Moreover, with the stab in the back from Shen Congming, Shen Cheng felt the sting of utter betrayal. Now, seeing Shen Jia, a bad premonition welled up in Shen Cheng’s heart.
