Wanyou touched her still-aching head and wiped away the fresh red blood from her nose. Despite the confusion in her mory, she knew what had happened. The original Shangguan You had the misfortune of being hit by a basketball during a ga and gloriously perished, just as Wanyou had inexplicably been reborn. She never imagined such an absurd event would happen to her.

Thinking of reincarnation, did that an she could seek out her enemies and exact her revenge in person?

With that thought, her hands clenched tightly, and a strong murderous aura spilled from her. Those who had wronged her, she would personally send each one of them to hell. She would watch them cry with a smile...

To be reborn was to seek vengeance.

Shangguan You, rest in peace. From now on, I will live in this world in your stead. All your enemies, I will send them one by one to join you. Those you needed to protect, I will guard them on your behalf.

"Feng Shao’an, it was clearly your fault; your ball hit Youyou! How dare you shout and scream as if you’re in the right? If anything happens to Youyou, I’ll never let you off the hook!" Zhu Li scolded as she helped Wanyou stand, pointing at Feng Shao’an and cursing angrily.

"Zhu Li, you can’t bla Feng Shao’an for this. It was Shangguan You who stupidly rushed forward and got hit by the basketball. It’s not soone else’s fault."

Another girl spoke out, her face full of disdain. Who in No.1 Middle School didn’t know Shangguan You? Ugly and dull, unpopular, without any background, and always drooling over Han Yachu. Wherever Yachu was, Shangguan You would surely be found. She deserved to be knocked out by that ball.

"Humph, so what if she’s fine now? This is a basketball court, not a place to space out. She ran here out of the blue; who knows if she’s here to pester Yachu again? That ball was well hit. Excellently hit."

"Everyone knows Shangguan You likes Yachu. This is just a small punishnt to teach her a lesson that not everyone is worthy of Yachu’s attention. Especially such an overconfident, foolish dummy. Hahaha!"

Boys and girls surrounded them, starting to ridicule. Feng Shaoi was the most vicious among them.

"You’re all too much!" Zhu Li’s eyes reddened, but damn it, everything they said was true. Shangguan You was average-looking, with a normal background, and a bit dorky. She wore thick glasses that made her look utterly plain. Yet, she was infatuated with Yachu. She had never confessed her feelings, but she was timid, blindly following him like a shadow.

Wherever Yachu was, Shangguan You would surely be found. Today, during the school basketball ga, Shangguan You was unfortunately hit by a ball, allowing Wanyou to be reborn.

"I’m okay." Shangguan You snapped out of her daze and grasped Zhu Li’s hands, which were about to rush forward. She appreciated the warmth from the person by her side who defended her. This was the only person in No.1 Middle School who didn’t look down on Shangguan You.

"Youyou," Zhu Li said worriedly, looking at Shangguan You, whose eyes now seed clear. "Youyou fainted, yet Han Yachu didn’t spare her a single glance. Now he’s just leaning against the basketball hoop with his hands in his pockets, his indifferent gaze never once falling on her. It’s too much! If it weren’t for that damned Han Yachu, Youyou wouldn’t be in this ss."

"I’m fine." Shangguan You’s lips curved gently, revealing a sweet smile. A sharp glint flashed through her clear eyes. She took a step forward and looked coldly at Feng Shao’an.

That damned feeling of weakness is fucking unbearable. Now that I finally have a strong body, it’s ti to vent the anger in my heart. Shen Cheng, Wanqian, just you wait. I will not let you off!

"What’s the matter, dumb goose? Want to fight? Or do you want to play weak to gain Yachu’s sympathy? Let tell you, no matter what you do, it’s useless. Yachu will never fancy an ugly, dull, dumb goose like you."

"That’s right. Don’t you have a mirror to see what an ugly sight you are? Thinking a toad like you could eat swan at? Dream on, maybe in your next life!"

"’So noisy. I wonder from what backwater hole this flock of ’second aunts’ crawled out of to pollute the city’s image. ’Second aunts’ belong in their hovels, not out here disgracing themselves,’ Shangguan You said softly, one hand still pressed to her nose, the other held by Zhu Li for support. She walked right past the ’second aunts’ in front of her, ignoring them completely."

The words had barely left her lips when the previously noisy surroundings suddenly fell silent. The dumbest, ugliest girl in school had just called Feng Shao’an a ’second aunt.’ ’Second aunt’ was a veiled insult, insinuating Feng Shao’an was effeminate.

Good heavens! The onlookers stared at Shangguan You in disbelief.

Feng Shao’an and Feng Shaoi, the siblings, had never been mocked like this. They were always the ones ridiculing others. Never had they imagined they would be the ones mocked, and by the most useless fool in school at that. Their faces turned beet red, the color shifting rapidly—livid, then flushed, then deathly pale.

"Stop right there!" Feng Shaoi strode forward, blocking Shangguan You’s path.

Shangguan You raised an eyebrow, silently observing the hostile siblings before her. In her mory, this pair always showered her with scorn and ridicule whenever they t.

"You shaless, stupid bitch! You slut! Besides seducing n, what else can you—"

Feng Shaoi hadn’t finished her tirade when—SMACK!—a resounding slap landed squarely on her cheek. Blood trickled from the corner of her mouth.

"Insult once, get slapped once," Shangguan You said coolly, elegantly blowing on her palm as everyone watched. Her chilling voice reached their ears.

"Ah! Ah! You dare hit ? Brother, this damned woman hit !" Feng Shaoi shrieked, clutching her cheek. She had never been hit in her entire life.

"You dare hit my sister!" Feng Shao’an roared, swinging his hand to retaliate.

"Looking to die? I’ll grant your wish. Crows are black the world over; not a single one of you is any good," Shangguan You’s cold voice rang out again as she lifted her foot and kicked swiftly at Feng Shao’an’s stomach.
