"I am going to focus on Galthor now," Lady Pelica said.
"Just be careful, my Lady," Han reminded her.
She nodded without speaking and her hand went back to resting on the coffin. The blood mist rippled as if a mighty wave had just hit it and her body tensed as she made connections.
Galthor’s relic was still in its dagger form and it floated up to hover in the middle of the room. Through that, she was able to see. The first strange thing she noticed was that Galthor was sitting up in his bed with his eyes closed and breathing evenly.
His hands were folded in front of him.
The dagger froze as Lady Pelica looked on with confusion. "What exactly is going on here? Is this how the chief sleeps? I can tell that he is asleep...but is it not a very strange way of sleeping?"
The dagger stayed frozen in place for a while but nothing changed. Galthor continued to sit up and breathe softly, fast asleep. He did not behave in any strange way or manner. But Lady Pelica was also cautious.
Although she wanted to learn what she could, and that was even why she used the enchanted goggle to protect herself, she was still deeply wary of an attack.
"The spirit that is possessing him might be trouble, I should really play this well," she said to herself. Although she was speaking, it carried no sound.
After a ti when nothing eventually happened, the dagger suddenly shot forward and pierced through Galthor’s head as if the head were made of butter.
The reaction was instant, although it was not all that visible apart from the way the dagger quivered.

Galthor was still in his consciousness when he realized that sothing was happening outside, to his physical body. But he did not rush to check as he already knew it was Lady Pelica.
"Just as expected, she is here for as well." But he was not at all worried. His mind was the strongest thing he knew at the mont.
So he waited.
And he did not have to wait long.
Apart from the red lights like stars that represented his worshippers and the dark sea below, above him was also a dark cloud that swirled and twirled.
It was through here that sothing cut through.
A coffin soared like a flying ship and a woman sat above it.
Lady Pelica!
Instantly, before she even knew what she was looking at, she gestured for the mories to start coming for checking but it was like using a feather to lift a mountain.
She ca to a sudden stop and her red holographic body flickered, her eyes widening. In all of her years, all of the hundreds of lives she had been alive, she had never seen a mind like this.
So vast. So big. So incomprehensible.
And... what was that terrible thing sitting on a mountain with its back to her?
Suddenly a feeling of anxiousness swept through her as if the giant on the mountain would turn to look at her. A snap appeared in her mind as if it would break down.
"What is this? What is this?" She opened her mouth and scread, terror and confusion mixing up to form sothing that tore out of her throat like angry blades.
Her body began to flicker wildly and the coffin that she was sitting on began to sink, falling toward the dark sea below.
Terror exploded inside her as she felt the dark sea approach. One certainty instantly branded into her mind, she did not want to fall into that dark sea.
Suddenly the giant on the mountain did move, but not to turn and look at her. It was to gesture as if slapping a fly away.
The connection she was holding to appear in Galthor’s mind snapped and she disappeared. Only the coffin continued to sink until it fell into the dark sea.
Then everything was still once more.
Galthor finally turned and his gaze fell on where the coffin sank. The dark sea rippled as if reacting to his gaze. "Interesting. Interesting indeed. I feel like I should leave that coffin there for a while."
"And as for Lady Pelica, I do not think she will be looking at what she should not from now on."

Although Han had been anxiously warning his mistress, he actually did not believe that anything would happen to her. He had been following her for so years now and he knew how many mysteries she had looked at without flinching. He knew how many battles she entered and ca out with trophies.
She was, in her own way, a terrifying existence. Sotis, even more than him.
But is it not in the nature of a subordinate to worry and be anxious?
Besides, the goggle she wore was a protective relic created by removing the essence of different relics and reforging them into sothing else.
Sothing that was difficult to do.
And as he always did when she undertook anything complicated, he watched her.
Her breathing was normal and regular. And he could tell the mont she entered her victim’s mind with the way she tensed. But he was shocked by what happened the next mont.
She suddenly opened her mouth and let out a terrifying scream that shook him to the core.
A red light flashed across her body and it ca with a terrifying pressure that made the room shake. The goggle she wore warped and twisted, lting into her face and smoking horribly with the sll of cooking flesh.
She shuddered and collapsed, clutching her head and convulsing.
Han was so shocked that he could only stare at her for a mont before his senses ca back to him and he leaped at her. His holographic body beca real for a mont and he held her, his face filled with worry and fear.
"Mistress? Mistress? Lady Pelica?"
She groaned in pain and feebly pushed him away, her voice dry and grating. "I am o...okey. I...just give a whil...."
She stopped talking for a while to focus on breathing.
